I have the pleasure to work with LeCut Construction to build additional living spaces and remodel my entire house. My experience throughout the process has been exceptionally well. After multiple revisions, the plan was submitted to the city for approval. While we waited for approval, we worked with Tal and Nir to design the kitchen and the bathrooms. They carefully listened to our design ideas and gave us invaluable feedback. Tal and Nir helped us choose materials, color, design for cabinets, tiles, countertops, and flooring. They gave suggestions for shower fixtures and hardwares to match with our design. They helped us in this daunting process of picking the right matches out in the blue. The construction started as soon as we got the city approval to proceed. Each stage in the building process was split into a two weeks time-frame. Michael and Guy kept-us up to date on progress and we met weekly/biweekly. Guy was on top of coordinating the schedule with building work, materials readiness, and inspection schedule from the city. They were expecting 6-8 months for the project. The whole construction and remodeling work took just a bit over 6 months. This is fascinating when you talk to people for this scope of work and many would expect to take over a year or more. All communications happened through e-mail and whatsapp group chat. The process working with the architect, designer, project manager, and contractors has been smooth. Everyone kept us up-to-date in the process and responded promptly to inquiry. We got a master suite addition into our backyard from Lecut and Edgar was the foreman. Once we got the permits the work started. The entire process from start to finish was pretty efficient. If we didn't like how something was done and wanted something to be re-done, touched up, etc the workers were always accommodating which makes us very happy. Michael kept us updated on what was going on so we were kept in the loop. The workers wore masks and did Covid-precautions

I have hired Lecut for a major remodel on my home in San Jose. The project included 3 bathroom, kitchen, family room and laundry room. The team at Lecut team lead by Guy helped us a lot to understand the process and how to make such a big project as smooth as possible. In addition, we got a lot of help with the design part from them to keep us on track. Overall the project finished within the timeframe they predicted and gave us a new home that looks amazing.

We did a lot of research and interviewed a lot of contractors before hiring Lecut Construction for our Kitchen/living room remodel and it was the best decision we made. We met with Michael who on our initial meeting stayed with us for hours brain storming to come up with the best ideas to update our kitchen and maximize our space and relocating our laundry room. Michael came up with really great ideas and we hired him on the spot! When it came time to pick out our decorative finishes, Michael spent the entire day with us running from store to store looking at what would best fit our taste and new updated kitchen. He never made us feel rushed to make a decision and was very patient with our indecisiveness. We were quoted a completion date which was actually pulled in by 2 weeks. All of the contractors who came in to work on the remodel were considerate, polite and made me feel very safe having people come in and out of our home. If I had another project to do in the house I would definitely hire Lecut Construction again!

Lecut Construction is one of the best remodeling companies out there! We contacted them looking for help with an our kitchen remodeling project. Their friendly receptionist replied promptly and we had a project manager,Michael and guy , at our house in just few days. The project managers Michael and guys was extremely attentive to all our concerns and questions and took full control of all the necessary paperwork and scheduling. Prior to contracting with Lecut we have postponed our project multiple times in fear of the headache and time-consumption we expected to have, however, Michael and guy made the project effortless for us. After the completion our kitchen looks incredible!
