We hired Lenoch construction to assist us with our kitchen remodel. We had some of our own workers and Torey filled in the gaps and helped us make some decisions of placement of things and had good experience with what brand of cabinets, sinks, etc. we’re best. Our remodel came out wonderful. We did have a couple of things get damaged and Lenoch construction professionally took care them. I would highly recommend Lenoch Construction.

We contracted Lenoch Construction to remove and replace the siding on our home, along with all of the exterior wood trim. In addition they were contracted to retain and manage a paint crew. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the materials and craftsmanship and with the painting company that was hired. Overall the house looks great. The price seemed very fair and the work crew was polite, tidy and got the job done in a timely fashion. Overall I rate this as an excellent experience and would recommend Lenoch Construction to a friend.

I hired Lenoch Construction to renovate a bathroom in my home. The original space was cramped, poorly constructed with a horrible lay out. Working with Lenoch Contruction we designed a better layout and they constructed a great double sink vanity and linen closet for the space. I couldn't find a pre-made one that would work so got originals that fit perfectly into the new space. The workers from the diiferent trades were professional, efficient, and responsive. Torey has great connectiosnt to local vendors that helps make the planning process run smoothly. Lenoch Construction did a good job of keeping the project moving ahead and paying attention to the budget. The end product is great and working well for my family.

Just a caution to anyone who might consider hiring Lenoch Construction: We hired Torey Lenoch in the summer of 2013, based on his enthusiasm and professed willingness to keep our whole-house remodel within budget. By Jan. 2014, our remodel was 4 months behind schedule and well over budget, when--out of the blue--he asked a sub-contractor to rebid. That new bid was going to result in a charge of an additional $27,000, plus Lenoch's $5,400 markup. With no contract in place, we ended our at-will relationship, paid him and the sub-contractors in full, and sold the half-complete remodel at a huge loss. Shortly after, we purchased another home on the same street. We bought the home for the view and location--in spite of obvious workmanship issues--and spent 3 months correcting problems with cabinets, wood floors, etc. When Lenoch learned we had a contract on his remodel, he informed our attorney that he would not honor his guarantee for work he did on the home. Think twice about hiring Torey Lenoch, if you expect a quality project, completed on time and on budget.

We had been trying unsuccessfully for several months to acquire a contractor to do a simple remodel in our kitchen and living room. After three unsuccessful attempts, we saw that a neighbor was using Lenoch Construction. We contacted Torey Lenoch and he showed up within a few days of our initial phone call. He promised a written contract within a week and he delivered. We have found Torey to be wonderful to work with. He made several great suggestions that actually enhanced our initial ideas for the remodel. What you get when you work with Lenoch Construction is •prompt service via phone calls or email (very much appreciated) •a team of professional, artistic, and likeable young men who make sure you are in no way inconvenienced during every step of the remodeling process •work done when promised •patient workers who put up with additional requests and a barking, annoying dog We plan to use Lenoch Construction for all of our future remodels. The process was painless and we absolutely love the way our home looks – thanks to Torey, Mark, Dan, and Chad. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

I sought out bids for building on to an existing garage. Torey, the owner, won because he came up with a bid that included sufficient detail that we could discuss options, price, etc. Reality. The bid, which I initially thought included detail was not good enough to use as a check for progress. Bid was for $44K. Actual final cost will be about $55K. Work started in April, was supposed to finish in June. The project only completed in early August. So, way over budget on cost and time.

Lenoch Construction designed and installed our gorgeous custom cabinets. Their work was first rate. We will continue to work with Lenoch Construction and recommend them without reservation. The quote was accurate and work was completed within budget and on time.

Great so far, we are mid project and could not be more satisfied. The knowledge and commitment are stellar. Attention to detail and management of subcontractors has been solid.

Complete kitchen remodel with custom cabinets that Lenoch Construction built and 1200 square feet of flooring replacement with walnut wood flooring. Wonderful job for anyone looking for services in Colorado.
