We can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Level One on our kitchen renovation. They were professional, courteous, timely, and communicated with us every step of the way. The people they were with from their painting crew, flooring, electrical were all of the same caliber. We have referred a lot of our friends to Level One and plan on using them for future projects. Big thanks to Brian and Thom for making our kitchen renovation a pleasant experience while we lived in the house with them working!

Level One is manned by consummate professionals who do excellent work. They renovated our kitchen and we couldn't be happier with the results. They are superb craftsmen and pay attention to detail and are dedicated to fulfilling the vision for the project and meeting, if not exceeding, expectations. They were very easy to work with and were proactive with communication, keeping us informed on timing and stages of the project. They didn't overstaff the work, but kept things moving. Thom was excellent at managing and scheduling every aspect of the project, including coordination with the subs. Every member of the team was polite and friendly and cared about their work. At the end of each day, they left the work areas cleaner than I typically keep my house! That is their level of care. We couldn't have had a better experience in terms of quality of work or people involved. Notwithstanding project timing issues with the inevitable snags that will arise with a renovation relying on supply chain delivery, Level One was focused on meeting our overall goals, pointing out potential issues and solutions to things we had not considered when we undertook the kitchen renovation. And as a result, the overall results were even better than envisioned. We would strongly recommend them. So much so, that we intend to use them for another project this year.

Thank goodness our kitchen designer recommended Level One Construction! The start-to-finish experience was terrific. They are truly master craftsmen and the finished kitchen is amazing. It almost makes me enjoy cooking. When the topic of renovation comes up in conversation with friends and coworkers, the stories are horrific - counters out of level, gaps in the cabinets, sloppy installation, and poor finishing. We have nothing to add to those conversations! (We try not to be smug.) This was by far the smoothest renovation we have ever experienced - and in the middle of a pandemic with supply chain challenges! Thom, Brian, and their team are professional, courteous, thorough, and detail-oriented. They do what they say they will do and they do it with the highest quality. We highly recommend Level One Construction for any renovation and we will be contracting with them in the future (master bath renovation coming up!).

Consummate professionals. I got multiple quotes for the job, but knew from Day 1 when Brian was at the house evaluating the complexity of the job that these guys are the real deal. Every detail was thought of ahead of time and project manager Thom executed to plan. On time, on budget, and excellent communication throughout the project. Their crew is top notch as well; all personable folks with integrity who care about each other and take pride in their work. Meticulous. We are still in awe at how crisp, clean, and perfectly flat the tile work is. Paint, trim, etc. is all showroom quality. We are thrilled with our new bathroom. You will not be disappointed if you hire Level One. Will be using them again for sure!

Brian, Thom, Monique, & AJ of Level One Construction are the consumate professionals! They totally gutted my 60s era knotty-pine kitchen and replaced it with 21st century warm white cabinets with slide-out drawers, quartz countertops, LED lighting, and stainless applicances. Their team took out an existing wall, pieced and finished the hardwood floors to match, and painted ceilings and walls beautifully. Everything is perfection, and they didn't stop until it was. The space is smallish, and I wondered if the wait of several months and the price of $50K was worth it. But the results are speak for themselves! I cannot recommend Level One enough!

We used Level One to refinish a bedroom at our old house ten years ago. Most recently, we hired Level One again, this time to do a complete build out of our unfinished basement, and to do so by a date certain so that we could throw our daughter a sweet-16 birthday party. What we sincerely appreciated was the incredible guidance we got from Level One throughout the project--things that were just practical, money-saving suggestions that our designer had not contemplated in the designs. For example, the basement opens to a pool. Our designer recommended cork flooring. Level One suggested luxury vinyl, noting our multiple dogs and expected constant flow of wet feet from folks coming into the house from the pool would ruin cork flooring. He also had us add a second door to a room so that our water heater and furnace could have a steady flow of air circulation as well as provide another exit in the event of a fire. He gave us multiple ways to save money without compromising our desired look (much to our designer's chagrin). And in the end, the work is beautiful. When we had a minor issue with the floor--he came out and fixed it immediately. We're going to hire them again to do our kitchen. Atlanta has a number of options (we know, we interviewed multiple contractors), but this Level One continues to be the only one we'll use.

I hired Level One (Thom and Brian) to renovate the two bathrooms in my condo last year. The guys and their crews did an amazing job. They prepared a detail plan that met my budget and completed the work both on time and budget. During our first meeting, they mentioned they would not be the cheapest quote to do the job, however, they felt they provided a quality product with oversight that insured the job would be done on time. I have to say whatever premium I may have paid was well worth it, I will definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent quality of work and very fair and trustworthy. Overall a great project. Brian helped us plan the project and Thom did a great job implementing the plan. Both were available and efficient.

Brian, Thom and Co. have completed three projects in our house, and I hate to think where we would be without them. First, they replaced a damaged tub and shower, in time for us to host lots of visitors during the 1996 Olympics. A few years later, they completely finished our basement, dividing one big, empty space into two bright, comfortable rooms. In 2018, we hired them again, for a three-part project to remodel our master bathroom, repair the deck, and replace the basement carpet with a laminate floor. Their workmanship has always been excellent. They have a great sense of style. They work with designers and subcontractors who share their dedication to quality. They make the most of my budget, doing great work on every step, even though I am not made of money. And they are fastidiously neat, leaving the work areas as clean as possible every day during and after their work. We are so glad we hired them the first time, and have been more than happy with all of our experiences with Level One.

Brian, Thom and the rest of the gang at Level One did a phenomenal job on our master bathroom. From beginning to end, we were never in the dark about anything to do with the project. They were completely open about the timeline for the job and were a great one-stop shop. They walked us through every phase of the project and told us who was coming, what they were doing that day and when they would arrive. We made one large and one small change as we went, and they took it in stride. We liked what they did for our master bathroom so much we are working with them on two more projects.
