We feel very fortunate to have found Lifespan construction. Everyone at Lifespan were absolutely great to work with and very considerate of "invading our space" making our projects (a total upstairs master bathroom remodel and new ((revised)) backyard deck) seem effortless. Cost projections were accurate and final cost came in a little below original estimate. Communication was excellent and both projects were completed on time. Reliability and quality describes this master bath remodel. Once confirmed the crew adhered to the schedule and set predictable expectations for daily tasks. Jennifer offered tactful suggestions, listened and heard our preferences for colors and tile. The team anticipated product needs and site preparation to reduce dust and dirt tracking from the porch up the stairs and into the bathroom. The interior stained glass window installation was a highlight as carpenter Carl is a great detail person. Well done.

We had a complete remodel of our kitchen and adjoining family room including raising the kitchen ceiling, new cabinetry, countertops, the works. From beginning to end, actually nearly two months, the entire crew was top rate in their knowledge and experience with the extent of our remodel and their craftsmanship. Their attitude about the project and their ability to work well both together and with us, the clients, throughout the remodel were first rate. The attention to detail and pride in their work was outstanding. Ever professional, they were also sensitive to our wants and listened to our concerns, meeting these needs with care and understanding. We appreciated their high standards and quality of work. The team at Lifespan Construction finished a 700 sq. ft. space for us over our garage, turning an empty shell into a warm and inviting bonus room, which includes a 3/4 bathroom, double closet, and space for a future kitchenette. We first met with Chris, the owner, and Lindsey, project developer, who walked through the space with us as we described our vision. A week later we met with Chris who already had a design for us to review, in addition to floor, cabinet, and bathroom tile samples from which we easily made our selections. Both Joe, the production manager, and Sean, the lead carpenter, were easy to work with and kept the project moving forward to meet the deadline. We appreciated Sean's professional opinion regarding his suggestions regarding the layout of the bathroom tile and great room floor planks, both of which made a huge difference in the finished product. I can't say enough good things about Lifespan Construction and the skilled staff working for them. They were always at our house, working on our project and if they couldn't come, they let me know. They met with me every two weeks to go over the project and the budget so there were no surprises. The addition came out looking beautiful and met all of our expectations and hopes. Here at Cabinets by Trivonna, we work with a number of installers and general contractors. Chris McDonald, owner of Lifespan Construction is one of the best! We know that when we are working with a client of Chris's, communication will be complete, respectful, and timely. The job will be done right the first time, and payment will be on time.

Chris and Jennie recently remodeled our dining room and living room. From the beginning (where Chris had great ideas for our remodel), to the conclusion of the project, we were impressed by the attention to detail and the careful consideration of our input and concerns. We also felt like the work provided was excellent value for our money. We will be doing some more remodeling in the future and based on our very positive experience, will be calling on Chris and Jennie again.

Chris and Jennie did an incredible job on remodeling our back deck and front of our house. We live on Butler cove and wanted our back area as well as the front area to blend with the environment. They had great ideas about how to do this. Our house started out as some sort of vacation shack in the 30s and was added to in a less than stellar fashion over the next decades. Chris completely gutted the back deck and cement area and put in a little gear shed for all my kayaking and backpacking gear, bicycles, etc as well as garden tools. The stairs down to the water were exquisite and blended with the landscape. The "front of the house has a great porch area, wonderful lighting and lovely entrance. We are so happy with the results and have recommended them to friends. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.
