We recently had Lion Builder Construction completed a renovation of our enclosed patio to a master bedroom suite. I can't tell you how happy we are. From concept into design. Omri was great from start to finish. Our bathroom project took a bit longer than anticipated but he kept in touch with us throughout the entire process. His work is exquisite. Working with a fairly modest budget for materials, he turned our half bath into a 3/4 bath with mystical rainfall standing shower. He has a keen eye for design and his crew executes his vision perfectly. We will most definitely be using him for future home projects.

We hired Lion Construction on the recommendation of our interior designer, Natalie Myers, and they did a wonderful job on finishing our remodel. I just recently had the interior of my house remodeled by Lion Builders Construction. Knowledgeable and friendly. Arrived on time each morning. Very professional and accommodating to my living situation while my house was being remodeled. The guys also made sure to pick up after themselves at the end of each day and the work was completed on time. My parents have been wanting to remodel their home for several years and it seemed like it will never happen as there were few elements in both the bathroom and the kitchen we were not able to figure out by ourselves and the contractors we interviewed have not provided solutions that were matching my parents true needs. I got to Lion Builders through a friend that personally knows the owner , although I was skeptical at that point already I figured we give it a try Omri the owner came to our home and in less than an hour in the house it was clear the guy is a professional in a totally different level than we have seen so far. First, he is a great guy, we felt we are dealing with a real person and not someone just trying to sell us something. In addition, you can tell he really cares about the work he does and emphasized he doesn't take projects he cannot proudly "put his name on" , no matter the price. Me and my wife were looking for a contractor to do a complete remodel to the house we just bought. After 3 months of looking and looking and looking, I came across Lion Builder construction Inc here on Houzz. The reviews I read were pretty good, and the fact that we live near by the company main offices I decided to give them a call. Let me tell you that the whole experience from the first call was A+++. The secretary scheduled for us an onsite estimate with the owner Omri for the following day (talk about quick respond). Omri came to the house and went over the plans and the design concept we had. He asked all the right questions and was very knowledgeable. After about an hour and a half he asked us to email him a copy of the plans, and he promised he will provide us with a bid within one week. Considering the fact that we spent almost 30k just for plans and design I wanted to find the best contractor out there. After one week Omri delivered a detailed estimate to us (having seeing 5 contractors prior and only getting a "one page estimate") I had a felling we have finally found our company. I asked Omri to see one of his recently finished projects, and to talk to a customer. The following day we went to see a project he completed in Newport beach. When I saw the finishes I know we have our guy! We remodeled our kitchen, hallway bathroom, master bathroom as well a massive walls removal and roof hight change. Also we added 800sf of living space at the back of the house. The project took a total of 6 months and we cant be happier!!! To be honest we did run in to few problems during construction time, including one time we came home to see the master bathroom tile was not installed right. All it took was a phone call to Omri and the matter was solved! No one is perfect but this is as close as it get! 5 start company with 5 star customers service , yes they are a bit more expensive than your average contractor but this is money well spent!!! I hired Lion Builders to do several jobs in my house recently. The work they did was top notch, and Omri is both very professional and friendly. They redo my kitchen including, new cabinets and counter-tops, new floor, installed a new dishwasher, and did several other small jobs. Everything they did, they did RIGHT. I also got a really good feeling about the team. I could easily give them the keys to my home without worrying about safety. They strike me as honest, trustworthy people. My husband and I purchased our 1500 sq. ft. 3 bedroom/2bath house in June 2017 knowing that we were going to make some major renovations to the property. We knew that neither of us were equipped with the knowledge or the time to take on projects of this size, so I began the search to find the perfect general contractor to work with. I used Houzz to search for a contractor who had completed projects similar to the aesthetic (modern, minimalist) that we were going for, and by far and away Omri with Lion Builder was the best fit for us. We met with two other companies and were certain we wanted to go with Omri. He is honest, up front, and listens well. He was always available through text, phone, or to meet in person throughout the project and was connecting with us regularly. He would work with me to talk through design aesthetics and ideas as I was the primary designer for our remodel. Here is a quick list of all the improvements his team made: -complete renovation of master bathroom with custom shower and tile installation -removal of load bearing wall separating kitchen and dining area -reconfiguration of wall to extend kitchen and addition of french doors to the atrium -complete reconfiguration of electrical and water lines in kitchen -assistance with kitchen cabinet installation and measurements -new baseboard installation throughout the home -interior paint throughout the home There were about a hundred other little things that Omri and his team took care of as we moved throughout the project as well. His right-hand man, Carlos, is truly amazing to work with and we were confident with his workmanship throughout the renovations. Omri's attention to detail and follow through are unparalleled. We cannot recommend Lion Builder more highly.

I can't say enough good things about Omri, Carlos and the entire Lion Builder team. My wife and I initially met with three different builders to discuss our 2nd floor addition project. Lion stood out from the start with their quick response time and attention to detail. There wasn't a single time they didn't pick up our call or call us immediately back if they were on the other line... which isn't always the case in the construction business. We were on a tight time crunch with our first baby on the way and didn't want the house dusty/dirty with a newborn at home. They assured me the project would get done and it did! These guys are reliable, hardworking and honest - I HIGHLY recommend them for any big home projects.

Lion builder have been fantastic dring my renovation project, which took place in corona del mar. the team is expert the owner Omri is very professional and was always avilable. i truully recommend wroking with this compnay.

In October 2016 my elevated deck was falling apart but had an overhead shade structure attached to it which was in good shape. Omri, Carlos & their crew figured out how to remove & replace almost all the supporting structure with treated wood without impacting the overhead. The deck.'s structure was reinforced & the composite decking was replaced with outdoor rated ceramic slate tile. The rotted stairway was also replaced with treated wood & concrete treads to withstand the intense sun & termites. I am very happy with the results & the reduced maintenance.

I wanted to give my warmest recommendations for Lion Builders! About a year and a half ago we bought a fixer upper few blocks from Culver City west. To say the list,it was a fixer,this place was in really bad shape,not really what you wanted to bring your kids into. We had to bring the place to a livable state,and that took a whole bunch of work. Omri and his team did a great job on our bathroom. It was a challenging project as we had to replumb and move all the existing fixtures in order to accommodate a separate tub and shower. As with any remodel there were some surprises but Omri was good about helping us think through the problems. As a designer, I can also say that Omri has a good eye for design. He knows what will look good and is not afraid to caution his clients against certain decisions. That being said, he respects the wishes of his customers. Omri is true to his word about his warranty. We have had two small issues come up since the project was completed. Both times he has responded to my emails in a timely manner and worked with me to fix the problem - no questions asked. We will definitely consult with Lion Builders when it comes time for future home improvement projects!

We hired Lion Builder Construction for a complete remodel / renovation of 2 bedroom condo, including 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen, and balcony. Very pleased with their work, professionalism, and overall experience. Given that we live overseas, it was also extremely important that we worked with someone trustworthy (Lion Builder was recommended to us by our interior designer) and who could provide excellent communication throughout the duration of the project, as well as address any and all questions and concerns that we had. Lion Builder came in when we had our master bathroom shower leaking into the car port. They demoed the whole shower, put in a brand new hot mop, fixed the drain system, repaired the damaged areas in the carport and went out of their way to find matching replacement tiles to re-tile the shower.

Lion Builders helped me with a kitchen remodel recently. I appreciated the communicative nature of Omri as well as the fine craftsmanship so much that I extended the project to renovate the house exterior. We are just finishing this up and I couldn't be happier.

I most recently used Lion Builders for a kitchen and bathroom remodel where we had an extremely tight timeline. It was also geographically very far from home base but Lion not only came in on time, but also on budget and they were a pleasure to work with. They always helped work out any issues that came up and were extremely open and easy to communicate with throughout the process. I'm using them again for another kitchen remodel because I know I can trust them to get the job done professionally and they're fun to work with which is an added bonus.

Lion Builder helped us remodel most of our 1,200 square foot condo. We installed engineered hardwood floors, completely rebuilt the kitchen, scraped the popcorn ceilings, installed recessed lighting, and more. It was a job that we expected to take four months to complete, and without cutting corners, Omri and his crew were able to finish in just over two. You can tell that Omri truly cares about the quality of his work, and it really showed throughout the process and in the final result. He worked closely with us the entire time, including helping us design and layout our kitchen. He gave us ideas of what was possible and paid attention to small details that we never would have caught, like adding a small backsplash around the base of the post in our kitchen island to make it look more finished. He was the first to notice that one of the recessed lights was accidentally installed off center and quickly had it fixed. Omri is aware of the bad reputation held by the construction industry, and works tirelessly to break those expectations. He’s upfront with all of his costs and didn’t nickel-and-dime us with the small things. Any changes that we made to the invoice were absolutely reasonable and expected. I highly recommend Lion Builder to anyone who wants to do any substantial remodeling. The experience couldn’t have been much better, and we’re really happy with our results.

Lion Builder Construction Inc. did outstanding painting and electrical work for me when I was redecorating my daughter's room. I intend to use them as I continue work in the rest of my house. They are reliable and meticulous in addition to being polite and personable and they stayed on budget.

I used Lion Builders to build a porch / mud room extension for my house. Lion met me to understand what was required and provided a quote in a timely manner. Once I gave them the go ahead, they quickly scheduled to be onsite and completed the work on time (which was a nice surprise given my experiences with other contractors!). They made sure that my house was cleaned up at the end of each day. Finally, the work they did was very high quality and you cannot even see that there has been an extension! I have received a lot of compliments for the work and would definitely use Lion again!

I own a condo in Century City that I rent out. It had been renting out significantly below market, partly because it was dated with late 80's style decor and needed some freshening up. I decided to renovate the unit to bring it up to market...and hopefully above market given the relatively upscale location right next to Century City. I did the math and had a fairly restrictive budget as I wanted the renovation paid off in about 5-6 years. Omri (Lion Builders) was recommended to me by a friend of mine who is an architect. I got multiple bids and immediately noticed that Omri was competitive on price but was also way more detailed in his scope than other contractors who were providing bids. He broke it down and gave me two very detailed options to keep costs under control. He also has a good working relationship with JAC Interior Design who I was also working with and that speaks volumes. It was also important that I got a very good contractor who I trusted because this is a condo and I didn't want to run into problems with the building or with neighbors. Throughout the project he was super communicative which was important as I don't live close and needed to be sure that I had "eyes on the ground". As any first time renovator probably does, I had a lot of little revisions and additions to the original scope...I was also trying to control costs by ordering stuff online which led to delays in the project. I also did a lot of "out of the box" stuff that I know always throws contractors for a loop (such as having more than 1/2 inch of underlayment under my floors to keep my HOA happy, cutting a full height cabinet in half and buidling custom doors to make it countertop height, building an undercounter microwave shelf out of the old cabinet box, etc.) Omri rolled with all the punches and ensured that things were done. Any hiccups that we did encounter he made sure to fix and took full responsibility to make sure things were done right and correctly. Had a great experience working with Omri and will be sure to work with him again. Here are some of the things that we did as part of my project: -Refinished kitchen cabinets -Quartz countertops -New appliances -New fixtures -Laminate flooring with two layers of 1/4" cork and foam underlayment -Paint -Tile floors in bathrooms -Painted bathroom vanities -New hardware on all cabinets and vanities -Remove old shower door -Marble countertops on bathroom vanities -Recessed lights -Fireplace mantle and tile -Floating shelves in kitchen

Omri was referred to us by our interior designer. Our concerns were the quality of the workmanship and a timely completion. Omri is a very good communicator, a true exception in the construction trade, and personally concerned that the work was done right. There were a number of instances where I was willing to live w/ the quality of the work and Omri wasn't, because he knew it could be done better. I also appreciate the fact the job was finished on time. Lastly, he's a honest person. I would recommend Omri to a friend.

We renovated our shopping center in El Segundo CA with Lion Construction team, The Manger Omeri helped us from day one with the design and layout of the deck he installed professionally and with the new modern colors we choose to our center. Omeri was on top of his employees and updated me daily on the progress of the job which was done on timely manner. At the end he even helped us installing new lights to add even more to the character of the new look. After his project all the tenants are happy from the results and their business is thriving.

Omri and his team were very professional and helped us put together a small bathroom remodel on a tight budget. My wife and I hired Lion Builder for our kitchen and bath remodels after getting 5 different bids . They were not the cheapest or the most expensive but they were more thorough and detailed than any of the other companies . My wife was extremely picky with what she wanted done and Lion Builder was very patient and did exactly as she asked . The people at Lion Builder were totally professional and respectful even when my wife changed her mind 5 times about what counter tops to use . I was extremely worried that the remodel wouldn't be finished on time due to our history with other construction companies that didn't deliver what they promised, but to our surprise not only were Lion Builder on time they were actually finished 4 days early . I don't plan on doing another remodel anytime soon but if I do I will only use Lion Builder

We used this company to paint the master bedroom and bath. Their quote was significantly lower than that of another painter, and the job was completed in one day (the other company said it would take three). They were careful, did a good job, and cleaned up well when they were done. The owner is very responsive to email, and personally came over to check the work.

Had a chance to work with lion builder construction, I was looking for a company that will work with a very tight time schedule and a budget that could not be over spend no matter what. Omri and his crew stepped up and showed a great and professional workmanship, very knowledgeable and have a great design sense. They showed up every day at 7:30am at the job site and work all day in order to be on the schedule that was given with no exceptions. At the end of the project we realized that they are actually were little bit under the budget that was given. Which was amazing.
