From start to finish this contractor is exceptional. All work was of a superior quality, and looks beautiful! I started with a kitchen renovation and added several additions along the way. Ronan and his entire crew were flexible, professional, and produced a wonderful finished product. The project was completed in a timely manner even with all the additions. I highly recommend Loti Contractors.

This is the 2nd time we've engaged LOTI for project. The current project involved painting (5 rooms), carpentry, and removal of unused baseboard heating. Ronan is a pleasure to work with, has a great team, and stays on top of the details to ensure everything is completed perfectly. We couldn't be happier.

Ronan and the guys at LOTI were exceptional! We have worked with a number of contractors over the years and this was by far our best experience. The three things we look for are good value, quality work with attention to detail and someone who can add their experience to bring our ideas to life. We got pricing from a few contractors and talked to them about their approach. Ronan and LOTI were by far the best value, and we were immediately comfortable working with them. We redid our kitchen, floors, bathrooms and more. The work was of the highest quality and we love the finished product. I could not recommend them more!!

I would highly recommend Loti Contracting to anyone and everyone. We remodeled a bathroom and bedroom that were so old and outdated, and looked for many contractors before deciding on Ronan and Loti Contracting. Five stars cannot express how happy we were with the experience - there should be more. From start to finish Ronan and his crew were skilled, professional, and their work is excellent. When we hit snags (which we expected in this older space) he was able to give us reasonable options. And we went with more detailed tiles and the tile work is exquisite. He transformed the bathroom from a place we hated to use into our own personal spa - we had to add a tub and plumbing to the space and he executed our vision perfectly. I cannot tell you how much we love this new space! In addition we updated a bedroom space and installed recessed lighting. Everything came out perfectly. And him and his crew were so professional and got the work done in a timely manner - honestly I could not say enough good things about the experience. I've heard nightmares from friends about experiences and Ronan made this process so easy.

Ronan and team were absolutely wonderful. Pricing for the work was extremely reasonable as compared to other quotes I received. They were thorough with their work, ensured my house was spotless every evening before they left, and made sure I was constantly kept up to date on what was being worked on. They were very extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with. I'll definitely be using their services again on my next home renovation project.

Ronan and his crew and sub contractors were great, start to finish, throughout the entire 6 month process. Ronan transformed our closed off dark kitchen into an amazing open and inviting space. Even when he personally was not on site, he was easy to get a hold of and he really made our dream space into reality. We highly recommend.

We are so happy we used Loti Contracting! Loti Contracting are amazing carpenters, optimistic, personal, affordable and most importantly, we felt heard. Ronan was willing to take on a project that required some imagination at the start when no one else saw our vision. He is responsive and reassuring.
