We hired Leo to do lead abatement for our house. He gave a reasonable quote, came quickly, and finished the job on time. I will say that he was more responsive on email than on the phone. We are very satisfied.

I first met Leo through another contractor in 2005. We have enjoyed a wonderful relationship ever since. Leo worked primarily at our three family rental property and also at my own home all throughout the last 12 years I have recommended Leo to friends and family throughout the years and everyone has always been very satisfied. Leo and his crew have replaced over 25 windows and a slider, repaired lolly columns, repaired porches, stripped wall paper, painted indoors and outdoors, replaced vinyl siding for the three family house and garage, prepared and refinished a beautiful hardwood floor and checked on very minor issues too. I lived hours away from the rental property and often counted on Leo to check and make recommendations based on tenant concerns. Leo always came through for me. I highly recommend Leo for any project.

Leo Rabello and his crew are hard-working, professional, creative, easy to work with. The projects have been completed on time and within budget. I recommend them without reservation.

I hired Leo for a de-leading project. He priced the project fairly and completed it professionally. Communicated well, always on time, amiable and patient with my many questions. The work was done in the time Leo said it would be at the price he quoted. Although we had a bona-fide contract, Leo strikes me as the kind of person who you could trust with just a hand-shake.
