My husband and I couldn’t have been happier with the renovation project completed by Lutke Construction. Every step was completed on time and communication and service was more than we could have ever imagined. We are enjoying our new room and outdoor space. We will be telling everyone we can to consider using Lutke.

I had Mike come and replace our deck floor and steps that was 20 years old. He did a really great job. His commutation thru the whole processor was outstanding. I would highly recommend him for any project you have. We have even ask him for a quote to do a remolding of are very outdated master bath.

I recently had my bathroom remodeled and I couldn't be happier with the results! We have worked with Mike and Lutke Construction since we purchased a 13 year old home in 2019. Our first projects with Mike were needed updates before we moved in. This work was required in a short time frame and with specific deadlines as we both had to be out of our homes in 4 months. Two Moving trucks would be arriving on a specified date from 2 different cities. Mike prepared budgets, allowances, design, layouts and timelines before we began. Mike coompleted construction of a new master closet by moving walls in the great room and master bath, with associated electric and plumbing changes and painting. The work also layout design, contruction and finish work on a 1100 square foot part of a walk out basement that was just roughed in. The completed area would have separate rooms for a full bath, walk in closet, bedroom(exercise room) and main family/tv room. All materials and design elements had to be budgeted, selected and arrive on short notice to complete construction. This work was done on time and within budget to high quality standards and a look to complement the style of the original house. We continue to use Lutke for all our home improvement, repair and/ or update needs. Some examples include: installation of gas water heater,n instalation of several large lighted fans in high celing rooms, interior and exterior painting, repair and sealing of our deck, repair and painting of a 3 car garage and replacement of the trash compactor . Mike and his company do quality work in a timely manner which add value to your property. Mike is professional, easy to work with and has extensive knowledge of his industry. We will use him in the futiure and highly recommend Lutke Construction for your .projects.

Mike was super easy to work with and his partners were all professional and timely. He did a great job of working with our budget and helping to find finishes that stayed within our means but also gave us the look we were hoping to achieve in our home.
