Matt completed a whole house remodel for us and we could not have been happier. His work is exemplary. He is a perfectionist and it shows. He has selected very good subs and we were pleased with all of their work. We worked with Matt for an entire year and this was our second job with him. Every day living in this house I appreciate the detailed work that he did.

The multi talented Matt Hale is a rare find - he is honest and reliable, has a great eye for quality and design (if you ask for his input on the latter) and runs a tidy and ordered building site. He is respectful of existing landscaping if this is a priority, (and for me, in certain areas of the site it was), enjoys a challenge and is an innovative problem solver. He enjoys working on the site with his team and I appreciated his hands on approach. His subs are all known to him and are top quality craftsmen. We are absentee owners and he introduced us to the convenience of bi-monthly photo updates via DropBox. He even did a live video site walk through at a crucial juncture in the project when I was on the other side of the world in New Zealand. Now that's service! Matt does what he says he's going to do, when he says he going to do it. His cost estimate for me was broken into different job phases as I requested, and when a potential cost overrun occurred (as inevitably happens when remodeling older homes once walls and ceilings are opened up) he took copious photographs to illustrate the problem so I could see exactly what was entailed for myself. He also provided bimonthly updates on project expenditure which really helped us keep a handle on costs. You will not be disappointed when you appoint him to your project.

Matt is an excellent contractor -- quality work, timely completion and reliable. I have gorgeous modern kitchen worth of photos on Houzz that was completed in record-breaking 4 months. Plus Matt is always available to help me with small projects that arise at my home. Hire him!

Matt (and his then associate) gave an honest and detailed estimate of the construction remodel costs ,billing procedures and timeline for project completion Matt was always present on site and coordinated his subconcontractors to keep the project close to the timeline completion ,with excellent daily cleanup and debris removal Matt used his other design resources to give additional unique ideas about the final remodel design He has been a great hands on contractor and friend, still 2 years later, to help with any new ideas we have wished completed in our townhouse My wife and I would highly endorse and recommend him for any new or remodel project

Matt and his crew just finished an extensive remodel on my house and did a wonderful job. Matt's attention to detail and planning made us very comfortable when we began and throughout the project.
