Mackiebuilder

We have used Mackiebuilder many times over the years. He is wonderfully creative, and willing to try new things and new materials. His spectacular custom designs include a sculpteral wall unit, an LED lit steel wall / spice rack, a steel counter backsplash topped with reclaimed walnut, and fold-down bed pod upholstered in sail-cloth!

Matt loves design and detail. He thinks through projects and provides many options and alternatives. He also has a sense of fairness, both for the homeowner and the subs on the job. This balance allows everyone to do their best work and gets great outcomes. When people enter our house, they are blown away with its beauty and attention to detail. Certainly, we had our OCD on the project, and Matt executed and reined us in (or let us fly) as necessary. He's also done a great job following up with various items over the past few years. This was a very big project (2.5 years)
