Malachi Boyce Construction is a full service construction company based on the beautiful Monterey Peninsula. Redesign, Remodels, Restorations, and Custom Homes in Carmel, Carmel Valley, Pebble Beach, Monterey, and PG. This company is about community and team work. I use local sub-contractors who I know I can trust to work as a team, bring their best work to the table, and who can do their job right from the start. My team of qualified subs are exceptional, and I use them for that reason. I believe the best work comes from allowing people to work at their best, and creating an environment that breeds success. It is essential to have a team who can bring fresh ideas, and perform on them. This also allows me to work with my clients, one on one, to facilitate the growth of their ideas, and see their visions come to life. About Malachi Boyce Growing up here on the Monterey Peninsula, my father taught me to build at a very young age. A journeyman carpenter around 17, lead carpenter at 18, and finishing college at 23 with a bachelors degree in Business Admin with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Finance. At that point I made the decision to move to the San Francisco Bay Area and take a job with McMills Construction building large fine homes along the Peninsula, and San Francisco area. At 24 I started Malachi Boyce Construction, a construction company focused on Project Management. Over the next 7 years I would manage 6 large custom home builds for McMills Construction in Woodside, Atherton, Los Altos, Los Gatos and the Pacific Heights district. This was a true blessing and priceless experience dealing with the challenges of onsite project management, while still being able to hone my skills as a carpenter. After the birth of our first child my wife and I made the decision to move back home to the beautiful Monterey Peninsula to raise our family. And to expand to a full service construction company.
