Manello Construction was our general contractor on a major addition and whole house renovation and and remodel. They did a fantastic job all the way around. Frank is highly professional, proactive and responsive with excellent attention to detail and his crew provides quality craftsmanship. Manello Construction did a major renovation project of our home. Every room was changed; most rooms were stripped down to the studs. Manello designed, constructed and installed crowd molding, wainscoting, and tray ceilings. The project also included major external work including extensive hardscaping and landscaping. Manello did a great job managing the entire project and all the subs and the Manello team was easy to work with.

Manello Construction built our house in the Bright's Creek development and they did an excellent job. It was a very steep mountainous lot and required a lot of expertise to get the foundation and house built correctly. We also used a lot of innovative material to get the look that we wanted for the house and Manello was able to come through and find the source and materials to get the look we wanted. They did a great job! On Time and in Budget! we would recommend them to build your house.
