Manthey Construction Services, led by Don Manthey, has been serving Alexandria, VA and the surrounding areas with distinction and special emphasis on details for several decades. Last year he and his crew did a complete renovation for me of a real estate client's condo, complete with new kitchen, flooring, fixtures, painting throughout, and all necessary replacements such as doors, etc. This was done very professionally, with emphasis on controlling expense while delivering a lovely, turn-key result -- on time. Don has a Class A general contractor's license, and gives every "job", large or small, his personal attention. And he makes sure each job is completed to the satisfaction of the customer. I always depend on him for practical advice, and ideas for the best outcome...for both my own projects and those of my real estate clients. I love having a trustworthy, professional contractor who performs as promised, on time, (and is always available afterward if needed.)
