Marin Master Builders just completed an extensive project for us and we could not be happier with the process and outcome. Harlan Honda, Alan's son and now the owner, did an outstanding job of assessing the scope of the work, time needed and accurately estimated the final cost. He and his crew were professional, accommodating and their craftsmanship is of the highest quality. They are also just really nice guys. The sub-contractors they use are also terrific.

A successful project depends on clear communication between all parties. We worked with Alan Honda of Marin Master Builders when he was referred to us by our client. It was an excellent experience due to Alan's ability to pull all aspects of the process together while informing the client of details and budget. Simultaneously, he was coordinating with us to assure the concept remained intact and/or improved, due to a deeper understanding once under construction. I'll never forget him calling us in to review the layout of a winder staircase, providing the opportunity for refinement prior to construction. He also worked directly with us to work out details such as modifying and reusing some of the existing high quality windows as things evolved. Three words to describe MMB: Attentive, Creative, Efficient. We've worked with Marin Master Builders since then and look forward to doing so again!

I have been a client of Marin Master Builders for over 10 years. They have remodeled almost my entire house. I cannot recommend them highly enough! My house is the one in their profile picture. When we discovered major structural issues in my house, Alan suggested an excellent engineer and we all worked together to remedy the issue in the most economical and structurally sound way.
