Mark Rolfing with Mark James LLC was professional. knowledgable, and easy to work with. I had been warned by numerous people that renovations were awful, frustrating, and never-ending with the only guaranteed outcome being a disgust grown for the contractor. Mark Rolfing proved them all wrong. He beautifully completed an extensive renovation on a 45 year old home on-time and with our gratitude and respect. We recommend him to others and would hire him to do the job again.

Mark James did some work to my home in 2009, including minor carpentry work (replacing rotted boards) an exterior repaint, installing additional insulation into the attic, and modifying my garage to accommodate a Crew Cab F250 truck. These guys are professionals. They come when they say they are coming, they arrive on time, work efficiently and do not leave a mess behind. Their attention to detail is obvious, and their workmanship is top notch. They actually came back in may of 2013 to repair a hole in the ceiling when an alarm installer fell though. Their pricing is reasonable and the online payment system is easy and headache free. I would definitely recommend them!

The personal attention and advice provided by Mark James was priceless. Not to mention the excellent team that was in our house for a couple weeks. Mark James provided a personal touch to everything they touched in our home remodel. I would recommend them for any job big or small.
