Mark Keel Construction

I needed to renovate my condo in Orange Beach, AL. I requested three proposals and interviewed with two general contractors. Mark's bid price and estimated time to completion along with his assurance that he performs "this type" of renovation regularly and his confidence that he could meet my conditions swayed me to choose Mark Keel Construction. Mark performed the desired tasks with the materials that I selected in a quick and professional manner. His sub-contractors were easy to work with, knew exactly what I wanted and from time to time made suggestions that improved the look of my renovation. The craftsmanship was excellent and I was very pleased with the final product. The project was estimated by Mark to take 3 weeks so we set aside 4 for the job but it took nearly 6 to finish primarily due to waiting on the tile to be laid before the renovation could be completed. I plan to contract MKC next year for additional work.

My husband and I had planned to build a home on the River for several years and spent 4 years with different architects trying to come up with floor plans. Finally, we designed our own home and after a false start with one builder, fortunately ended up with a referral to Mark. He has been professional, responsive to our concerns, and very reassuring about every aspect of the build. His experience and competent crews and contractors gave us a good feeling throughout the building process. If we had a concern, it was listened to and calmly taken care of. I believe I had the shortest punch list ever at the end of our build. I would highly recommend him for a build on the water or inland.
