Mark McQuade is wonderful to work with. We love his creative ideas and his professional and ethical manner in which he does business. His subs were very easy to work with and we have never had a bad experience with any of them , in fact we really enjoyed getting to know them while the worked on our home . Mark originally built our home in 1984 and we have hired him many time since for any fun changes or upgrades since. His last project with us was to upgrade our guest bathroom and we love it .We would highly recommend Mark.

Mark and company completely renovated a 1974 ranch for me on Sanibel Island...they were focused from the outset on getting my job done with excellence from installing hurricane impact windows and doors to moldings to building a portico and two new baths and kitchen. They had to demo everything and negotiate the permit process...no small task on the island! I enjoyed all my interactions with the team, appreciated their creative ideas and their patience with me. They did not add any costs to the job after their quote.

We've used Mark Mcquade for numerous jobs at our house--both inside and out--from installing new windows, doors and walls--to outside stairs and a dock. He and Ellen are easy to talk with and have great ideas. They are knowledgeable, understanding about budget concerns, and pay attention to details. The sub-contractors are top quality as well.
