We would sincerely like to thank Mark Steven Construction LLC for turning our simple house into a dream home! We started with a rough idea to remove 3 walls and integrate large unused space into a great room. Mark walked through our idea and nailed it on his 2nd design. He also brought in extra touches including air duct removal, HVAC relocation/upgrade, kitchen sink into new island, and canned lighting to name just a few. Sammy and his crew brought the design to life and added their own creative touches each and every day. They were always polite, professional and considerate. Even after 6 weeks the transformation is still amazing. We would highly recommend them for any job.

I highly recommend Mark Steven Construction. My father-in-law moved in with us following the loss of his wife recently and we required a 5th bedroom in our home. We had a rough idea of how we thought we would convert our 3rd car garage to a room and proceeded to talk to several contractors for the job. We decided to go forward with Mark and could not have been more happy with the outcome. Mark and his team were excellent to work with and had some great ideas on how to modify the plan based on past experience. Of course, something always comes up when you do a job of this size but the way it was handled was highly professional and we always felt informed and able to make decisions on how to best proceed. Regardless of the size of your work, I feel Mark would easily provide superior craftsmanship and service. We are currently saving for our next job (a makeover of our children's bathroom) and Mark will be performing that work for us without a doubt.

I was very pleased with my experience with Mark. He listened to my ideas regarding the design of the kitchen, provided his opinion and we worked together to come up with a good plan. He measures twice, verified with me the design and then ordered the cabinets. The installers were efficient, did a good job and cleaned up. If there was any problem with a defective piece, it was taken care of immediately since the cabinet company is local. Everyone on the job was professional, friendly and provided a quality service. I highly recommend using Mark.

We had them do cabinets in our laundry room. They were very reasonable and for a change came, delivered, and performed the job well. Not something we are usef to. Awesome!

I had the pleasure of working with Mark on my house remodel and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for expertise, experience, honesty, and good communication. When he first walked through our house he gave us some design ideas as well as some advice concerning what we wanted to have done. He actually gave us his floor guys contact rather that taxing us to use him, as most contractors would do. In the end we used Mark to purchase our cabinets. They were great quality and were delivered a week after they were ordered. One of the drawers came with a crack in it, I called Mark and he came over, picked up the drawer and brought back a new one free of charge. It was a painless process the whole way through. Like I said before if your looking for an easy remodel experience, I would go go with Mark Steven Construction.

I had a water loss at the end of October. My entire house was affected. It was a stressful situation, but Mark put me at ease and took care of everything. I work in the insurance industry and have worked with many contractors. Mark Steven Construction is a cut above the rest by far! He had the repairs completed to my house in under a month. All the flooring had to be replaced. Everything in the kitchen was replaced, including cabinets, countertops, sink, etc. The entire house was painted, baseboards replaced, drywall replaced, and other small items taken care of . . . All in less than a month!! I have never seen a project completed so fast! Mark took care of every minor detail so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. He made sure the work completed by his sub-contractors was of top notch quality, and if something was missed or needed to be redone, he took care of it before I could even notice it was an issue. I seriously did not have to worry about a thing. I had a fan in my guest bathroom that made an awful noise. It was not part of my loss, but Mark noticed it and called me up to let me know he had taken care of it. He paid attention to every detail. I will use Mark Steven Construction for every future project I have. There really are no words to describe how impressed I was with the repairs and the service provided. Thank you Mark for transforming my home into a space more beautiful than I could have imagined!
