Jake and his team were exceptional to work with. Their communication and attention to detail were so much better than any contractor I have worked with in the past. They made sure we always knew when they would be at the house and what they were working on next. Any questions or concerns we had were address quickly and professionally. Our attic turned bedroom turned out beautiful and we get compliments on it all the time. I will never use another contractor for any of our home improvement projects. Martanne is the best!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Martanne! From the beginning, Jake gave us the most detailed bid I've ever seen! We had 4 bids and nothing came close to the details and information he put in the contract so that started us off with a great sense of comfort as this is the largest reconstruction (entire main level) that we've ever done. They were at our house every day working. They were professional, clean, and responsive. If anything was wrong or needed changing (whether it was us changing our mind or something we wanted to add/delete), it was NEVER a problem and they took care of it immediately. Alex and Rosa helped us design a cohesive plan and gave advice but always let us make the final decision without judgement. We could not be happier with the work they did and I've already given their name to several people for recommendations.

Martanne has now done two projects for us. One major and one minor. And in both instances, they were a total pleasure with which to work. Their communication is consistent, timely, and transparent. Pricing is upfront and fair. And the crews working are knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. I can’t more highly recommend.

Alex and Jake are great to work with. Fantastic communication and help with design questions. They finished our basement and now our kitchen. Love them!
