My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Be very careful. Mavericks misses important details and then avoids responsibility. Communication was also slow and imprecise. We ultimately had to fire them mid-project due to lack of confidence. Case in point -- Maverick's team did measurements for our custom windows incorrectly, ordered them, and now we're sitting on $20k of custom windows in the wrong size. Mavericks has denied responsibility, and now we are pursuing legal action.

Mavericks Builders was the original contractor on our townhouse complex so when it was time to remodel, we reached out to them first. Their team was responsive and had great ideas, They introduced us to an architect and helped us build our remodel team. We loved our original house but it was built several years ago and we were ready to for a full update. We remodeled the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, new stairs and railing, new closet interiors. We added an interior sauna and steam room. We also redid our back area with a new outdoor kitchen and hot tub. It is like a brand-new house and we love it. The interior is very clean and modern, and we couldn’t be happier. The process took over a year which seemed like a long time, but it was so worth it. The crew at Mavericks was attentive, considerate, and commutative which was important for us. Also, they were great at what they do and we couldn’t be happier with our choice and final product.

Amazing! Worked with Robin and the team on a complete top to bottom remodel with installation and implementation of several green alternatives, including a wind-turbine, gray water collection system, solar, and even regenerative wood use practices! Loved working with them :)

Mavericks Builders helped me with adding an addition to my property. They added a new office space which helped me organize my business and allowed me to work from home very efficiently. Since the property is big enough to keep separate from my living space, I was able to add a few parking spots for clients and my two employees. The addition included a meeting/show room to meet clients, an office for myself and another space for my two workers plus a small entrance for my dog which she loves. The owner came up with some great ideas for my client/showroom space and my office is such a pleasure to work from….my dog is happy too, she loves to go to work with me! Overall, the design, quality of craftsmanship is great and the staff was professional.

Maverick’s Builders did a full remodel of my home. Everything was changed from floor to ceiling. New kitchen, bath, closets, paint, wallpaper… They were always on time and worked very quickly. The owner, Robin, helped with picking finishes and decorating and I’m so happy she did because she has really good taste and my home is wonderful now.

We built a new home and Mavericks Builders was our contractor. They helped us from the beginning to the end. We used their architect and they recommended us using SIPs which are building panels. We liked how fast they were installed and how they were energy efficient. We love our new house. They did a great job and we recommend them.

We were very happy working with Robin and her crew from Mavericks Builders. They did a major remodel and third story addition at our home. It was a complicated project and they had great ideas and skill. We will always refer to them for our construction needs.
