McMahan Construction

The 50 year old home on Pacific Grove dunes started as a one-story remodel. Along with the vision of Architect Peter Davis, we designed a two story beach house of our dreams. The remodel-demolition required a very competent local contractor and crew well connected to local vendors and subs. McMahan Construction and his skilled crew did a wonderful job on coordination of architectural and homeowner ideas with exceptional skill in construction and detail. McMahan Construction exceeded our expectations.

I have put only one address in this review, but John also worked on my home in Del Mesa Carmel. A complete remodel. The work on Ribera Road was probably in 2013. John has a great crew in each arena of work. Quality workmanship. Reliable, crews were here every weekday, no days off. Very honest! Easy to work with... John is a wonderful resource in that once he had an idea of what I wanted he was able to take me to the different places, for example, floor tiles, and he helped me pick out what I wanted. Good follow-up too. I would not hire anyone else for construction!
