McSwain Builders did a great job building our custom home. Our project manager was professional, very responsive and guided us through the process, including helping make selections easy for us. The whole team went out of their way to make sure our vision of our new home became a reality and make sure we were happy with all aspects of the build.

We recently undertook a major renovation with McSwain Builders of Glenwood Springs. Frank McSwain and his team stepped in and took over the work when another designer could not execute the project we envisioned. Over the course of the next months the McSwain team did outstanding work to renovate our kitchen, master bath, stairway and fireplace. The McSwain team rapidly communicated any concerns or issues they experienced during the renovation and help coordinate selections and decisions by bringing in professionals and experts in the various areas (tile, plumbing, etc.) Through phone calls, text messages, or video conferences they highlighted any issues they were experiencing and provided us options to move forward. We particularly would like to call out Jorge, Raul, and their team. The attention to detail and willingness to rapidly resolve issues helped get this done. The team's hard work and dedication was greatly appreciated! We highly recommend McSwain Builders!

McSwain Builder's are a great firm to work with. They are detail focused, and easy to work with. As an architect, you want (need) a partner to work with you to get the projects over the line on time, and on budget. MB supers ask the correct questions, and on time, and have a teamwork ethos - which makes the project flow easier, and ultimately finish successful. They are one of my 'go to' builders, and I would highly recommend to anyone.
