We met w/Greg and Terry in mid Feb 2021 on a Wed and the work was under way by the following Mon. Greg kept us informed every step of the way, I never once had to call to ask for a status. The project was completed by early March 2021. There are not enough positive adjectives to describe our experience w/Medlin. It was refreshing to work w/a team that did what they said they were going to do, and did things when they said they were going to do it. We were very pleased & we plan to hire them again for our next project.

We contracted with Medlin Construction for several upgrade projects around the house last year. Initially, Greg Medlin came to the house after a phone call to provide estimates for the work we requested. The scope of the projects ranged from facia replacement and painting on the outside of the house to two fenced enclosures on the outside. In addition ceilings on the inside in the living room and bed room, needed to be replaced from minor water leakage. Medlin Construction also built a small walk-off deck on our back porch and replaced an entrance stair case on the front porch. The projects were completed on time and exactly where the estimates came in. We couldn't have been more pleased with the work Medlin Construction provided for our house !! A truly professional group. I must also note that our little house is not the normal home. The house is a 115 year old small farmhouse and the quality of the original build and aesthetics of the matching work required additional carpentry skills and care. Medlin Construction did it all !!!

Medlin Construction has remodeled 3 Full Baths in my home. Cabinets, Counter Tops, Sinks, Hardware, Floors, Lighting, Tile and Paint. The work was very well done such that we are getting an additional bid on the kitchen.

They did a very good job finishing out a laundry Room on the back of my house Dry wall , insulation And Trim. Did a very good job was prompt quick and very efficient. Also they put a metal roof on the houseDid a very good job was officiant with it. When they were done you didn't even know that they had been here. Would recommend them to anyone Their work was very professional ..

Being new to the area, we had no knowledge of local contractors. Medlin Construction did an excellent job with our bathroom remodel. From start to finish, they were aware of our needs and respectful of our time/schedule. We plan to use their services again in the future.
