Run. Don't walk away RUN. Do not pay him a dime or his subs. You should never pay subs. It should all go through the contractor which he is not.

Don’t not use !!!! Takes forever to start the job. Took my deposit (65%) and started 4 months after. And demanded another 25% (total of 85%) before stepping foot into the job site.

Grizz did a wonderful job taking our thoughts and turning them into reality while also giving us his professional opinion where needed.
