We remodeled the entire lower half of our house with Miguel and his team which involved two bathrooms, new hardwood floors, new stair handrails, new lighting, new fireplace, and installing a barn door. From the beginning, the experience has been wonderful. My wife and I have very high standards after having been through other remodeling projects in the past. Miguel was able to meet and even exceed those standards. From the precise angles of our fireplace, to the caulking on our new stair handrails, the attention to detail was next level. Miguel and his team take pride in their work and treat your house as their own. He goes out of his way to ensure his clients are happy. His crew members are hardworking (especially Zach), often working weekends to ensure that timelines are met. Many contractors often find reasons to nickel and dime you. We didn't feel that way with Miguel, since we always felt that he had our best interest in mind. Miguel is also an amazing person and is very collaborative in his approach. He would spend the time to sit down with us when decisions needed to be made and explain the different options along with the benefits and drawback of each (he often went out of his way to get samples for us when we were on the fence so we could see how each option would look in the house). In a strange way, although we are thrilled that our remodeling project has finally come to an end and love our newly renovated space, we are sad to see Miguel and his crew go and see first hand on a daily basis the amazing work they do (we lived in the house during the remodel).
