My husband and I had been looking for a new home for over 3 years when I walked into a house built by Michael Grant Homes. I couldn't ever find that house that stopped me in my tracks, simply amazed me, and would make me want to move from our current home. That's exactly what happened when I saw our new home. Derek builds a house that is not only beautiful, but one that is a comfortable place to come home to every day. Derek pays attention to the little details that not many home builders pay attention to. His craftsmanship is simply the best. His design flows and he makes use of every inch. When I have my friends over to our house, they are just amazed at the small details Derek puts into homes. Even after we purchased them home and had moved in, Derek helped us with the small issues we had and helped us get them fixed in a timely matter. As I talk to my neighbors, I find out that their home builders seem to not really care once their homes were purchased. I know that this is our home we will stay in as we raise our children and it feels really nice to have such a quality built home that really fits our family and our personalities.
