Excellent Construction and House Building Services! We recently had the pleasure of working with Frank from Midas Development Group for a major home renovation and construction project, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results! That’s how we knew we had a really good product in our hands. Frank is very easy to work with and extremely responsive and the same ethic extends to his team. Everyday the site is left clean and devoid of any eyesore as much as possible. Frank and the crew are finishing up a very large project at our home on the north shore. Difficult job to do because of the terrain and access. These guys did it without a single issue. 2 year job and not once have I had one single issue. Amazing - I’ve had friends build homes where it’s constant arguments, delays, disasters. These guys also built 2 of my offices and several partners homes. I highly recommend them. If I built a second home I wouldn’t even get an estimate from another crew.

Midas Development Group worked on two projects home projects with us. We did a total home renovation and a couple of years later, a total backyard renovation. We were very very pleased with the end results. We have our dream home! Would work with Midas Development again.
