Effraim and his team helped us out in a time of need when our basement was devastated by hurricane ida. He and his crew did an amazing job from start to finish and he was honest and resourceful with each step. We still get compliments on his work!

Working with Effraim was extremely easy. Most of my friends scared me about working with contractors - especially in a renovation. Effraim tells you as it is without adding on extra unnecessary scope to the project. He explains everything in detail (probably over detailed!) and always talks about what he has done personally with his own home and family. I highly recommend him because he kept us within a budget and worked with multiple people including a designer, a spouse, the town inspectors and his workers. He never made us feel that he wouldn't be there in the future and we hope to continue working with him on future projects!

Our total home renovation and build was brought to life by Effraim and his team. Guided by thoughtful discussions, my design vision was completed seamlessly. The craftsmanship was exceptional but most importantly the open dialogue and ease of communication made the whole process a pleasure!

Modern Made was recommend to us by friends who had used them on a major renovation and were very happy with their work. We engaged them to do a complete renovation of our center colonial home. They gutted the entire house and replaced all the electrical, plumbing and heating and cooling systems. We also completely replaced the bathrooms and kitchens and changed the layout in a few areas. Effraim was great to work with and made many good suggestions. We felt like we were in good hands and were dealing with a professional and honest building manager. We would definitely recommend Modern Made for anyone who needs to do a major renovation.
