My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Horrible experience for us. We contracted with Modern Surface Solutions in May of 2020 to perform a complete bathroom remodel for $26,749. Mr Jason Bierly, the company owner estimated the job would be complete in 3 to 4 weeks. After giving Mr. Bierly $9500 as a deposit, and another $8624 when demolition began on August 4 2020, the project progressed sporadically. We gave Mr. Bierly another $1500 on September 14, 2020, and another $3260 on October 23, 2020. ($22,884) When our bathroom was still not complete in January 2021 we requested Mr. Bierly provide proof he had purchased the materials to complete the project. When he could not, we were forced to fire Mr. Bierly and make other arrangements to get a functional bathroom in our home. It cost us an additional $7115 to acquire the cabinetry, faucets, vanity top and sinks that Mr. Bierly did not, and an additional $5978 for another contractor to finish the job and repair defective work done by Mr. Bierly's workers.

I had my tub n shower replaced to a shower. The crew did a beautiful job. I am in love with it. So glad I got it even tho I had to wait with the pandemic goin on. I would recommend them highly.

These guys do a fantastic work. They are very knowledgeable of their craftsmanship. I got 3 of my bathrooms remodeled and added a 4th. They work with you on creating your vision and go above and beyond to make everything look great!! I would recommend not only for bathrooms but any remodeling job you have.

Modern Surface Solutions did an excellent job helping me to prioritize my work based on my needs and budget. Their sales team took a totally different approach than other companies and, as a result, I ended up with a final product that was exactly what I wanted, well within my budget, and of high quality. I definitely plan on using them again in the near future.
