With his help we turned a decrepit 2/1 built in the 1949 into a beautiful 3/2, complimenting the historical design of the home and set a price per square foot record when we sold the home(non-water front homes in the neighborhood). The home was in a flood plain which further complicated the job as we had to get FEMA's approval to get the building permit. Larry navigated that process easily and we got the permit without incident and did not have to alter our original concept. His attention to detail and ability to not just think like a contractor but as a designer and architect make him stand out from the rest.
