Waldir provided excellent remodeling services. For my rental condominium, he found the right Quartz kitchen counter-top and sink to replace an older laminate (peeling) counter-top and older sink. He handled the delivery and supervised and helped in the installation. The attention to detail was excellent. He identified that an older toilet needed replacement. He purchased and installed it and assured it was operating correctly. He handled an interior balcony step area by cutting and installing stone pieces that I had and placed these pieces on top of the step to protect it from the sun and water. Waldir is courteous as he listens to you. He explains what he is doing and why he selects certain materials and products. He can identify potential problems that you do not see. Waldir had remodeled our master bathroom, which included tub-to-shower conversion and plumbing rerouting. We were impressed with Waldir's attention to detail and dedication to quality - we could tell he was not trying to cut corners, and raised important items to our attention as they arose and we handled them one by one as they came up? He always maintained open communication so that we could provide input where needed and knew where things stood. Our end product turned out even better than we imagined. We would recommend Waldir and would use him again for future projects.

I enlisted the support of this company to create a temporary wall. I was so impressed with the professionalism and perfectionism (i.e quality, attention to detail, flexibility etc.) of the work that I am now a long term customer/client....if its EXCELLENT why replace it, right?! Waldir's work has been outstanding: He has exceeded expectations on a number of levels with unexpectedly creative, affordable solutions to various problems -- when others I had approached simply shook their heads and said they could not help. Waldir has also been able to work in my home as it was: not commenting or complaining about items in the way of the work required, but always very positive about what needs to be done and how -- with a minimum of work required from me to set up. Waldir also monitors innovations as they become available on the market, and has politely updated my own understandings of what can be done these days (such as re: installing dimmer switches for energy-efficient ceiling lights-- I had not known that could be done) and alerted me to perhaps better options for appliances that I might consider for future, such as a dehumidifier that (while being rather expensive) is exceptionally inexpensive to operate over its lifetime. At least as important, I have been able to trust Waldir (who also serves the community as a policeman -- so he is knowledgable about which door locks are most secure, for example ... and as a result of his work, I am no longer worried about tiny screws falling out of my front door knob, which a few times resulted in the knob's pulling out while I was hurriedly trying to leave the house!) to work in my home unsupervised while I am out of town; on those occasions, Waldir has sent photos of his progress for my peace of mind -- at the same time raising my anticipation to get back home to better appreciate his work! When Waldir is in my area, he might call to stop in and do some work -- and a number of times has discovered things to fix that I had not even thought about: For example, just today he stopped by to take a measurement, and while we were standing in the hallway, he heard water leaking in the toilet tank (I had heard that sound daily, but the plumber who replaced the float mechanism this past month had said it was fine, so I didn't think about it further -- until Waldir alerted me today that the water leak should be fixed and he could do that right now -- and he did! I haven't heard any leaking at all tonight). As just one other example, Waldir was examining a window for a project when he noticed a draft coming from it -- and discovered, upon further examination, that whoever installed the replacement windows never sealed them ... which apparently was why it could become so cold inside in the winter. Waldir sealed the windows (and also my front door) -- and this winter has been the warmest inside that I can remember since I moved here 30 years ago ... I have Waldir to thank for providing such comfort, so unexpectedly -- and affordably. In some respects, I am living in essentially a new home, thanks to Waldir: I was able to return home from a vacation to live life in an unexpectedly more comfortable, lovely (with dimmable AND energy-efficient "daylight"-quality lighting that I can adjust to suit my mood or the needs of service persons who come to do work) and much more space-efficient retreat that is even more enjoyable over the long term than my time away on vacation was for a fleeting week! In summary: **Waldir has been one of the most wonderful bargains I have ever found (a true Treasure!)** and I always look forward to his coming to work here: he gets SO much done! (I am not including photos at this time only because the areas Waldir has worked on look "lived in" now; when that changes, I will add photos if an Update option is available.)

Excellent professional, he pays attention to minute details. We have been very satisfied with his work. Among some of the work that he did for us are custom made benches with drawers under them, book racks with cabinets under them. He did an excellent job with kitchen remodeling for my friends and also bathroom remodeling. He is very creative and has wonderful ideas. I highly recommend him.
