We have hired Mr. Dodge on several occasions for several kinds of work. We hired him to paint inside rooms, paint outside trim and deck, do some outside and inside repairs and get our home in good repair before putting it on the market. Since moving into retirement he has put shelving in a pantry and laundry room, put together some furniture, put up pictures and mirrors. He is always prompt to arrive, does an excellent job, cleans up when he is through, does any extra things with a smile. I would highly recommend him for anything you need to have done at your home, inside or outside.

Nathan came to my rescue after the plumbers left me in a mess. They had to cut the bottom of the kitchen cabinet out and then told me it wasn’t their job to put it back. Nathan came, right away, and replaced the hole with wood that you can’t even tell had been cut. I was very relieved to have it fixed and fixed so well. I have started my “Nathan to do”List and will call him soon. Quality and reasonable!

I am a Canadian, living in British Columbia. And I'm a renovation contractor. So, I know the renovation business. About a year and a half ago, just before Covid 19 became a thing, I bought a partially renovated house in Missouri, thinking how fun it would be to go down there and visit family while I finished it off. After Covid travel restrictions were implemented I found myself unable to enter America and was at a loss as to how to finish my house. I turned to the Internet and found Nathan Dodge. Today, the house is finished, listed for sale, and we have an offer pending. I can't imagine it happening without Nathan. He took up the challenge, took charge of the project, and proved himself to be honest, dependable, and multi-talented from start to finish. He was consistently resourceful in solving the many problems that can arise during a renovation project of this size. I got a few quotes to do some guttering replacement on my house. Nathan showed up and seemed very knowledgeable and thorough in the inspection. He went above and beyond to point out other issues I was having with roof. He provided pictures to me so I could see the issues I was having and gave a reasonable quote to do the work. He was dependable showing up to work and had good communication. I recommend Nathan to do quality repairs on your home and plan to use him with future projects.

Recently I have contracted Nathan to help us get our house ready to be placed on the market. He replaced water damaged boards on the side of our house, scraped and painted that section of the house, replaced outside window frames, Installed a light in the kitchen, repaired damage on the kitchen and bathroom ceiling, hung a gutter on our garage and a lot of other little projects. He keeps within the time frame, he's dependable, knowledgeable and very reasonable with his pricing, but most of all, he does amazing work! I highly recommend, Nathan. He will not let you down!

Nathan did an incredible job on a crazy time frame. AND the house has already sold thanks to his combined efforts with our realtor's. He even cleaned up after the work was completed and the weather has NOT been kind, so we know it took some push. We are so so grateful for him, his wonderful personality and musical taste. 10/10 will always recommend and hope to have encouraged the parentals to use his services as well.
