Troy & Ron did an excellent job with the install of our modern shed. They were efficient and finished the project well within our desired timeline with great attention to detail. I look forward to using their team more often for future home renovation projects.

Troy and Ron did a great job building an office shed for my back yard. They did this on difficult terrain. They have a lot of experience and were easy to communicate with.

This is the second time we have hired Troy and Neos Construction (you can see my earlier review from March, 2024). I wrote then that I would glad hire them again—and we did! When we had an unexpected crisis this fall—a water leak from our HVAC system—we had parts of our kitchen ceiling and walls torn out to remove the water damage. Troy and Ron came to the rescue. They did an incredible job putting our kitchen back together: not only did reconstruct the kitchen, but it looks even better than it did before! And Gustavo, the painter that Troy worked with, also did wonders repainting the kitchen. The quality of Neos Construction’s work—again—was impeccable. But what really sets them apart is their attention and care. They were very careful about taping off the kitchen to keep construction dust from getting into the rest of the house, and worked with us to choose non-VOC paints (both of things important for someone with asthma). They are just really, really solid guys—hardworking, funny, and kind. I cannot say enough good about them: we appreciate them all so much. For anyone needing a contractor, you just can’t do better than Neos.

Neos did an incredible job solving some challenging construction issues with a high-end prefab project. They were VERY professional, they showed up on time and kept me aprised of their progress all the way through a tricky project. Their level of care on athe finish details really impressed me and they went the extra mile to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I could not recommend them more highly!!!!

I highly recommend Troy and Neos Construction. He did an excellent job building our custom backyard office shed. We could absolutely see the difference in quality: he is skilled, hard-working, and conscientious, and clearly takes great pride in his work (as he should!). We used Troy (Sensitive Information Hidden) and Neos Construction to build a work shed in our back yard and connect electricity, internet, and heating/air-conditioning. Troy and company were responsive and clear about the process, which ended up being very important when their work was interrupted by holidays and extreme weather. It was a pleasure to work with them and the resulting private work space is an excellent boost to my productivity.

It has been a real pleasure working with Troy Charfauros of NEOS Construction. Right from the beginning of my project, he responded promptly to all questions and provided detailed information. He kept me informed about the progress of the project by sending photos as I wasn’t always on site. He took the time to explain what needed to be done, and always asked my opinion. He was on site when he said he would be, and when the project was completed, he and his team cleaned up the area so that it looked better than when they started. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him if I come up with another project.

Troy was quick to get me an estimate and get the project scheduled and completed. Will definitely use him again!

Not only was Troy onsite during much of the construction (a rarity with contractors), but he was also very accommodating with small changes that I requested throughout the process.
