From our very first meeting through the end of the project we were very happy with our choice of Rick Smith as our general contractor. We did a complete remodel of a home on White Lake, Michigan. We more than doubled the square footage with the original house stripped down to studs. We worked well with all of the "sub-contractors" that he recommended and are very pleased with the finished product. Our project was ready for "move-in" after 7 months and we have no regrets! We listened to his recommendations and suggestions all along the way and he was more than willing to work with us on ours. We would highly recommend Northwind and Rick Smith for any project where high quality workmanship is expected and appreciated!
