The beginning was of course going well. Nick turns out to be a know it all, but once everything is said and done, ie. once living in the renovation, I've come to find, that every single sub- work, HVAC, Plumbing and Electric, has had multiple issues, year after year. The agita this company caused during and after construction - I would not and could not recommend. His workers showed up and were respectable and hard working. Unfortunately the lack of oversight has proven to reveal many short cuts that I continue to pay for.
