I did find that I had to step in at times to point out areas that required additional work or needed more attention, but once raised, the team followed through and got things completed. I appreciated that they did not waste time on endless touch ups or chasing cosmetic details that were less important to me, and instead kept the project moving. The team was patient when I miscommunicated or changed my mind, and they still worked to get things across the finish line. One thing I learned as a first-time client is the importance of confirming plans ahead of time, especially when there are decisions that cannot easily be reversed later. Overall, I had to stay closely involved in managing the process, but I felt comfortable with how everything turned out and would say the experience overall was positive.

Working with NuHorizon Remodeling and their highly talented crew, in the field and in the office, was the smoothest construction project we have ever gone through. I couldn't be happier. We had NuHorizon Remodeling design our new kitchen remodel along with living room and fireplace re face. Their attention to details in all jobs including the demo , plumbing , gas-line,tile work ,cabinet installation , appliances installation and clean up was meticulous and all to the code.
