It was a true pleasure to work with Rob O'Meara Construction. We used him for both our kitchen and master bath. Both were complete remodels and came in on budget and on time. All his employees were fantastic and made sure everything was done the way we wanted it. I was especially impressed that he came back and made some adjustments free of charge long after the project was completed. Overall, I would highly recommend using O'Meara construction.

Rob O’Meara and his crew are professional, hard-working and talented carpenters. They precisely executed the architectural plans and added beautiful craftsmanship to match the woodwork of our 100 year old home. O’Meara construction managed all the subcontractors to maintain a quick paced timeline. The renovation is better than we dreamed and the process was seem-less thanks to O’Meara construction. Best contractor around!

My entire condo was transformed by the renovation of my kitchen by Rob and his team. Their attention to detail and the overall quality of their work are exceptional. They respected my ideas which may have occasionally changed along the way! Despite the disruption that renovation creates, it was a pleasure to work with Rob and his guys. Rob O'Meara and team did an AMAZING job on our renovation which included converting an existing garage and breezeway creating a new great room, new rear entrance, mudroom and laundry room, as well as building a new 2-car garage. 100% attention to detail (critical), professional, collaborative and honest - each/all critical to surviving a large renovation, We continue to use Rob/team for smaller projects as well today. Would strongly endorse and recommend O'Meara Construction Services for ANY project.

Mr O'Meara and his team did an excellent job. Job 1 entailed storm damage to the side of my house that required a wood ceiling, roofing, electrical work, gutter replacement and various outside work. His team did an exceptional job, very knowledgeable, work quality very high and paid attention to details They came when they said they would and keep to the schedule laid out in the contract, time and payment wise. Reasonable pricing and very neat and cleaned-up the work area each day. The workers very honest and could leave them in the house while I went to work. Job 2, finished a bathroom remodeling/update project that I had hired another contractor for. Mr. O'Meara was very kind in taking over this project when left with a partial bathroom remodeling that another contractor started and left me hanging. He guided the purchase of the bathroom fixtures and various accessories. Installed a new window, painted and did a fabulous job with the lighting and plumbing work. Once more very knowledgeable and highly skilled, did the job in the scheduled time and budget. Any future jobs that I might have, would hire R.M. O Meara again.

Rob and his team were considerate, thoughtful, and thorough. This was our third major project on our house, but our first working with Rob - and working with his company has been a completely different experience. They are super easy to get ahold of, communicate with, and transparent. We have two little kids and an anxious dog, and they made a point of respecting our needs and treating our house like a home and not just a work site. Our end result is amazing, we love our new kitchen/dining/powder room and would 100% work with them again.

I had the best experience with Rob & his team. Not only did I have a vision and some inspo pics which were flawlessly executed but the communication throughout the entire process was superior. I’ve heard some horror stories about contractors and home reno projects but working with O’Meara Construction was a dream. He even made last minute changes when I decided to add a pergola into the mudroom addition/patio mix without even the slightest pushback. He also came up with creative workarounds for what could have been potential roadblocks. I really enjoyed the process of creating this new space in our home with greatest thanks to Rob & his team.

Rob is a superb craftsman, smart and skilled. He built a great, small addition to our house 5 years ago. We enjoy it immensely. The few times we've had issues, he's been right here, making sure we remain happy. He even came recently, past the 5-year mark, to help with a small leak.

Rob and his team renovated two bathrooms for us this year. His team were very professional and attentive to any design changes that came up through the process. Rob was great walking us through all the steps (design, finishes, associated costs etc) - very happy with the finishes and quality of work.

I've used Rob and his team to replace all the windows in my home (2013), an exterior door (2014) and patio door (2014). The quality of the products Rob recommended and installed were excellent and his contractor’s installation services were top notch. Rob and his team price the job fair, complete the work on time, and are overall great to work with. In June 2016 I ripped up my deck which the patio door provided access to and found wet rot under the patio slider from a poor deck installation job performed by another contractor. I emailed Rob to explain what I found, shared a few pics, and the next week he was there to remove the rot, rebuild the rim board and joists under the patio door to ensure his patio door installation was still solid. His commitment to customer service, quality, durability and reliability of work is second to none. I would recommend Rob and the O'Meara Construction Services team for any of your home improvement needs.

We were introduced to O'Meara Construction through our client who worked with Rob and his team on another project in their home and had nothing but good things to say about them. In fact, they raved about the professionalism they experienced and Rob's ability to stay on schedule. So, naturally we worked with O'Meara on the project that Studio China Architecture + Design planned and the project was a success.
