Oketo Construction provided us with a beautiful new kitchen. Everyone has complimented us on the warmth and spaciousness. The quality of their work is important to them and they listened carefully to my suggestions to be sure all of the little details we exactly what I wanted.

Oketo Construction does an excellent job in handling the resources and logistics for home improvement projects. We have had several projects over the last several years including complete roof replacement, interior ceiling water damage repair, renovation of kitchen ceiling and cabinets, new patio/kitchen sliding glass door, patio roof gutter replacement, and patio tile refitting. When we had a water leak from an upstairs shower to the downstairs bathroom, a plumber was able to come out to diagnose the problem and took care with the repair work. Michael provides a detailed estimate of the work tha that will be performed and the final costs are in line with the estimates. Overall, we recommend Oketo Construction for any of your home renovation needs.

I hired Mike to do a complete remodel and addition to our home that was part 1960 construction with a recent addition, making the job more challenging to tie everything together. I chose Oketo because of prior experiences on smaller jobs. Mike is an excellent communicator and has a high attention to detail which we're both important to me. He was fair on pricing and the job was completed on time. We love our new home and I would definitely hire them again.

I have been using Oketo Construction for various remodeling projects over the past 8 years. We bought our house in 2009 and hired Oketo right away. I think we have used them for every type a service you can think of, they have taken down and replaced walls, insulated and added recessed lighting to my living room ceiling, total remodel of my bathroom, custom back gate and security door, high end wood flooring, numerous plumbing projects, water damage, kitchen counters, and plenty more. Mike has always been helpful, reliable and resourceful. Oketo Construction has always been my first choice to call. Very competitive pricing and very professional. They have always stood by their work, which is amazing these days. Mike is always willing to work with me on ideas I may have and stick within my budget. In the past I have hired other people to do some small jobs but end up having Oketo Construction redo the work in the end, due to quality and craftsmanship. I've had Oketo do a number of projects for us, and the last one was to replace some windows that had the seals broken. Mike and his team did a great job, and when they were finishing up, Mike noticed some stucco issues from a previous project. He proactively contacted the stucco subcontractor and arranged to have the issues fixed, despite the fact that the issue was technically out of the warranty period. Great having someone advocate for us.

Oketo Construction did an excellent job for us on an entire kitchen remodel. They were efficient and met deadlines and responded always when we needed them. This was an insurance claim and they handled that very well also. We highly recommend this company- they're very professional.
