It was a pleasure working with Dave Olah and his crew. Dave pays meticulous attention to detail and goes over every decision with the client. Both he and his crew were courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves. The project turned out very well, Dave was very concerned about customer service and made the experience hassle free. I recently made the mistake of not hiring Dave to assist me with a kitchen remodel and am sorry. He spoiled me by making everything go so well, I had no idea how many problems can occur. Highly recommend Dave and his crew. Dave converted a half bath into a handicapped accessible bathroom, and built a wheelchair accessible ramp with automatic door openers. He is quite knowledgeable about ADA compliance.

I hired Olah Custom Homes for a major addition to my home to accommodate a handicap person. Added on a large bedroom with wheelchair accessible bathroom(with overhead lift system) and shower. Also restructured half of the first floor in order to enlarge kitchen and make all living areas more accessible in addition to an exterior deck and ramp. Dave and his crew were extremely professional notifying us of any circumstances that arose with options to choose. Kept very close to schedule that he had provided us that was within their control. Never failed a single inspection which kept everything moving along as well. Always were quick to answer any questions or concerns. I would absolutely choose them again should I have future project needs.

One of the biggest or biggest investments that a family will make is probably the purchase of there home. My wife and I built a new home over 15 years ago and we chose Olah Custom Homes. Probably the best review that a home owner can give a builder is would you use them again? I can honestly tell you that we would use OCH again when we decide to build another home. Dave Olah built my home in 1998 that I still live in. We are very happy with the quality of the home and the way it has held up. In 2013 he did a total remodel, down to the studs, on a home I purchased to flip that caught fire. He made the home look like new and I was able to sell it for a profit. His work is excellent!
