I purchased a 1960 house and with the help and guidance Olde Forge Builders gave me a home I love. We completely updated the home. I guess you would say gutted it. Olde Forge Builders, provided a plan, worked with the township and made changes as we went through the process. Thank you Olde Forge Builders...Love my new home.

I have been working with Craig Hench of Olde Forge Builders since June of 2015, so more than six months now, and I am delighted with what is happening. I had heard tales of woe about general contractors from friends and acquaintances before I found Old Forge, and I'd had a couple of stings myself: when I first started looking for someone to help me restore my old house, contractors who had come highly recommended wouldn't even speak to me. Craig not only answered his own phone, he agreed to come take a look within a few days of our initial contact. What a transformative journey we've been on! I naively imagined I'd just do "a couple of things" to spruce up this lovely old house, and then I was the one who started saying things like, "well, if we're going to do it, we might as well do it right," and Craig was just the guy to get the work done right. He understood my intention and my ideas from the beginning, and has been helping me bring them to beautiful life ever since. Little bumps in the road only make the trip more exciting. I am drenched in beauty in this house, and it only gets better and better. I will always be grateful to Craig and Olde Forge Builders for making this happen.

From the moment we began the planning of our basement remodeling project, with Craig Hench at Olde Forge Builders, to the final touches applied, creating our dream bar / recreation room, we experienced nothing but quality work done with professional knowledge, care and time efficiency. Craig made a huge difference in the entire process by being "hands-on" and having access to and using only 5 star (highest rated) skilled subcontractors for the variety of detailed applications we requested along with being flexible to a number of changes we asked for during the project progression. Craig is a very experienced builder / re-modeler with access to many vendors who provide the best quality materials and services. The only cost changes to our project, above and beyond the initial estimates, were those incurred as a result of our requests for upgrades in material, design and workmanship meaning there were no hidden expenses or padding of the price after the fact. We couldn't be happier with the results of our project and we will continue to use Craig and Olde Forge for future projects. We would give our highest recommendation to anyone looking for the kind of quality craftsmanship and professionalism we experienced.

I needed my bathroom fixtures replaced and Olde Forge Builders came highly recommended. They were very professional and timely with their response. All of my bathroom fixtures were replaced within 24 hours of my initial request. I would definitely recommend this builder.

We had a full kitchen remodel done from design to finish. Our kitchen is not that big but they maximized the space and gave me lots of storage. The kitchen was gutted and to accommodate the design they had to move the window and the appliances. They took care of all the plumbing and electrical. The workmen were accommodating and respectful throughout the whole process. There were small issues that came during the remodel but they were taken care of in a timely fashion. The project came in on time and on budget. I would definitely recommend this builder.

Performed various internal upgrades, including tile flooring, painting, plumbing, and hardware installation. The estimate was received promptly and the work was done professionally, on time, and under budget. I would recommend Old Forge to others considering a home and/or remodeling work.

Olde Forge Builders are great to work with for any home improvement project. They have completed many projects over the past couple of years in my home including new bathrooms, doors, windows, siding and even new landscaping this spring! No project is too big and their ideas are creative when trying to bring your home from the 70's to 2014 style. Many of my friends and neighbors have had projects completed by Olde Forge Builders after seeing my home. These projects include finished basements, new garages, sunroom additions, new kitchens and more. I still have several projects to complete in my home and I know I will be using Olde Forge Builders again!
