had my guest bathroom renovated and the results are exactly what I wanted. The crew arrived every day on time and worked very efficiently. I was able to communicate well with the crew and they were available to answer any questions. The job was done in a timely manner as promised. I will absolutely use them again for any other jobs needed and I highly recommend this company.

We completed a home improvement project with One Stop Construction which was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Work included Ceiling Popcorn Removal, tile demolition and installation of new tiles (whole house) and master bath renovation. The given timeline was 60 days, but was completed in 35 days (10/20/2025 thru 11/24/2025). Each crew member were timely and cleaned up every evening. They were very respectful of their employer and were passionate about the work they do. I would recommend One Stop to anyone who are looking for high-quality and professional work. Always ask for timeline and payment schedule. Make payments as the work progresses according to the timeline.

After meeting and going back and forth over the contract, Jesus General Contractor, deeply disappointed me regarding the development of my project with explanation as to what purpose he chose not to do my project, as a result, have caused significant delays to the project. This decision has not only disrupted my plans but has also put me in a challenging position. I must emphasize the importance of effective communication in any business relationship. It is disappointing that no explanation has been provided for his sudden withdrawal, leaving me in the dark about the reasons behind this action. As a professional in his field, I had expected better conduct and transparency from him and his team. His failure to meet what we agreed upon has not only caused inconvenience but has also raised doubts about his reliability and professionalism. I made calls and emails for clarification on the contract before signing so that anything in it is transparent as to my expectations and his as well so that we both are comfortable with working together. Months of clarifying the conditions of the contract and requesting a payment structure, I had to make a decision and explained why, however, he gave no reasons for his withdrawal or clarity of his decision. I cannot emphasize the level of disappointment & distrust this has caused me. In this GC business, this seems to happen way too often without any accountability or commitment by the GC's. I am not an expert in this field so I always consult legal and professional advice before signing contracts to avoid any financial loss for myself OR the GC/company as I did in a previous project by another GC.

We needed a complete bathroom renovation and a kitchen refresh. One Stop delivered quality work in the entire scope of the project. The owner came out to our address and delivered a timely quote that was fairly priced. He was responsive to all of my questions and attended all of my concerns with care and consideration. I highly recommend One Stop Construction for any of your construction needs. They are reliable, professional, trustworthy and completed the project on time and within budget.

One Stop Construction just finished a small bathroom remodel for us. I have only great things to say about them. Jesus was responsive and communicative. I purchased all of the finishes and fixtures. They managed all of the labor and it was a very smooth process. They provided a set price and they stayed within budget. They were very quick as well and we didn’t wait in between various phases of the project. They got the work done quickly, on schedule. But most important is that everything was done with quality. I will use them again when I remodel the next bathroom. Their pricing was very fair as well.

One Stop Construction was a great find for me. I had an emergency with the joist underneath my bathroom and they were able to come in and do a beautiful job start to finish. I started my journey by going to the BBB and only selecting A+ ratings. I sent out 30 request for quotes, and I got back three. One stop shop was the only construction company that knew how to do everything from the engineering and replacing the joist to laying the tile and building a custom closet. Each of the contractors was there on time dress, professionally cleaned up after themselves. And did a great job. I would totally recommend One Stop Construction. I am already in the process of getting close on other jobs I need done at my house.

We hired OSC for an addition to our home. Immediately after signing and paying our first payment, we lost communication with the owner ( no answers to texts, emails, phone calls). His permit runner made a ton of simple mistakes that I as a first time home owner am still paying for. When I asked the owner why so many months would go by with no response from the permit runner, why so many small mistakes delaying the process were being made he insulted me and my husband calling us names and refusing to complete the process. It it now 1.5 years later and the city of miami is still finding mistakes his permit runner made - missing engineering pages that were completed but not uploaded, missing categories for review when submitting plans. A project that should have taken 6 months tops has now tripled in time due to these mistakes. We spoke to two other companies who moved our project along in different phases and the experience was night and day.

Had to have shower retiled after pan replacement. Contacted a few people, got nowhere, just strung along or put off. Contact J, he knew exactly what I was asking and asked the right questions back. Got the job done professionally and beautifully. If anything else is needed OSC is first on the list.

I had One Stop Construction remodel 2 bathrooms and a galley kitchen in my condo. I would like to say up front that the end result was a quality job that was managed very well by my project manager (Mike). Mike is an excellent project manager that was very responsive and kept me informed no matter if the news was good or disappointing. The project took much longer than expected and the process was a grueling one. The time between providing my deposit to the start of demolition was 8 months. The project’s estimated time of completion provided by Jesus, the owner, was approximately 6 weeks. I thought that was overly optimistic so I doubled the estimate and had 12 weeks in my head. The project ultimately took 20 weeks to complete. One Stop Construction uses subcontractors for virtually all the project components. The scheduling of the subcontractor’s time proved to be the most frustrating aspect of the project. Some of these subcontractors were excellent craftsman, some others… not so much. There were gaps of multiple weeks when the project did not get worked on. The juggling of resources between projects gave me the impression at times that One Stop was flying by the seat of their pants. If you do decide to use One Stop Construction, I would recommend insisting on a very detailed quote. There were items that were discussed as included during the original walk through with the owner but not detailed in the contract that were later determined to be my responsibility to purchase. If you are willing to ride out long delays and more than the usual ups & downs of the construction process, I would recommend One Stop Construction. You will ultimately be happy with the final result.

Juan and Jesus were excellent to work with. Highly recommend this business for any remodeling you have to do. I was out of town and even out of the country for most of the remodel and they sent pictures and kept in touch every step of the way. Excellent work, very trustworthy, and finished on time. I used One Stop Construction for a list minute job on a bathroom sub-floor and joist work. I called on a Friday and needed the work done ASAP for new renters scheduled to move in the next week. One Stop Construction (Jesus Velazquez) was able to get a guy on the job Saturday morning. We were able to quickly get the job done. I had some small details that needed to be worked out or corrected. Jesus immediately worked with me and accommodated my request. Bottom line, the job got done on time and met my needs. It was a small job but he made it happen for me quickly. It is often hard to find both honesty and quality in Dade County and One Stop Construction does both. I will definitively use them again.
