Richard and his crew are TOP NOTCH PROFESSIONALS! Orlando construction went above and beyond for our kitchen and bathroom remodel! This being our first remodel project he was so accomdating and kind. He walked us through the timeline and was ALWAYS available to answer our questions! He bent over backwards to make sure each and ever request, comment, wants/needs where met. Honestly, if you are considering working with Orlando Construction - DO IT! He work and attention to detail was so refreshing! He really does everything he can too make and KEEP clients happy. ALSO- he had our fireplace, doors and trim painted- knowing it would refresh the remodel and tie it together- HE WAS RIGHT!!!

Richard Orlando and his crew were very professional, attending to details like protecting the surrounding areas of our bathroom remodel from dust and dirt. They were also covid compliant at all times. Our bathroom remodel was everything we had hoped for, creating a beautiful space with double sinks, built-in vanity and decorative bathtub surround. Richard listened carefully to our requirements and made sure to advise us of all electrical and plumbing changes that would be required to complete the project. His cost estimate was reasonable, and workmanship was excellent. He was easy to work with and flexible. We now have a beautiful bathroom for our guests. We highly recommend Orlando Construction for any type of home construction or alterations.
