My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We may be the first people in history to say that we LOVE our contractors! Will Oswald has consistently gone above and beyond and has exceeded all of our expectations. We interviewed 5 different contractors prior to beginning our project and they stood out for several reasons. First and foremost, they understood our budget and provided insight into areas we could save money on, and others that wouldn’t add to our quality of life or property value. Will has an amazing eye for design and suggested elements that we wouldn’t have thought of. Our neighbors have told us multiple times how impressed they were that there was a full crew here on a daily basis. We started the full house remodel in February 2022 and are back in the house (august)! Highly recommend Pacific Ridge.

I highly recommend Jake and his team. PRC undertook a MAJOR remodel for us in Sonoma and exceeded our expectations. Scrupulously honest, Jake worked well with our designers and helped prevent problems before they grew. He also had some great suggestions to improve the project. Choosing a GC was scary given the magnitude of our project, but I was glad to have Jake and his team on ours. I never want to renovate again :^) but if I were to, I'd use PRC without hesitation!

Jake has a wealth of experience building and remodeling higher end homes. Our project was a particularly complex remodel close to town in Mill Valley. We had to make a lot of on the job decisions, and Jake always brought his experience, creativity and positive manner to finding great solutions. Overall, he did an excellent job managing the work to produce a great finished product. If you are considering a larger remodel in Mill Valley and need a contractor who can deliver excellent work and knows and respects the local planning ordinances you should give him a call

I could not have hoped for a better experience doing a complete remodel on our home in Mill Valley than I had with Pacific Ridge Construction. Jake Glavis is extremely knowledgeable, resourceful, efficient, creative and hard-working. Everyone he works with - subcontractors, etc, were fantastic, hard-working and professional. I highly recommend PRC.
