We hired Dennis Bloecher / Pacific Shores Construction to do a major remodel of the lower level of our home. It involved gutting the kitchen, the entryway, dining room, living room, and a family room. We had a load bearing wall removed & ceiling heights raised to give us a nice open floor plan. Dennis was the BEST contractor we have ever worked with. He was very involved in overseeing all aspects of our project. He stayed to his estimate and finished on time. We shifted our kitchen's location and enlarged it, so we also had new electrical and plumbing done. He is a hands on contractor. He did a lot of the work himself, and we were also happy with his sub- contractors( electrical, plumbing, heating, custom cabinet maker, tile etc...). We are so happy with the end results. I had been looking on Houzz to get pictures of different elements I wanted for my dream kitchen/ great room. Now I have my own dream kitchen! We highly recommend this company to anyone in our area needing a fantastic general contractor!
