Eric was very easy to work with. Very transparent and upfront. His mindset is that of spending his money and is very judicious. Where there were cost overruns, he found ways to save in other areas to keep the overall project cost on budget. Managed very effectively with all supply delays and planned early purchases to make up for it. Highly recommend Eric

We contracted with Palisades Construction in 2021 to complete a remodel of a home we purchased in Bella Vista. The entire inside was gutted and repainted, a wall was removed, bathrooms and kitchen redone. Eric, owner of Palisades Construction, ensured that the contractors completed their work to the highest of standards and when something wasn't completed to our expectation, Eric made sure it was redone. With supply chain issues and difficulty getting labor to complete work, Eric pushed hard to get everything done by the projected completion date. He responded to questions, concerns or requests immediately and made my husband and I feel like ours was his only project even though we knew he was always incredibly busy. I highly recommend Palisades Construction for any build or remodel. Eric made a potentially stressful project, smooth and easy on us. He is easy going and such a pleasure to work with. My husband and I are trying to think of other projects that we can ask Palisades to help us with in the future.

Work was prompt and very good on clean up and follow up. Probably most honest/integrity contractor I have work with in past 30 years. I say this against a background of working with contractors/builders on both large and small projects and from the perspective of having build homes myself. What I really appreciated is that he responded to e-mail and texts same day and on weekends!! Over all good guy.
