Tyler and his team have completed multiple projects for me and each time I have been more and more impressed with his attention to detail and creativity. We've done a full kitchen/downstairs remodel, bathrooms, and exterior work and ALL of them have come out better than I could have imagined. The main reason I continue to choose Palmer Innovative is Tyler’s commitment to going above and beyond expectations. Unlike other contractors who focus solely on speed and lack creativity, Tyler takes the time to improve upon the original vision. He’s worked through many challenges (as always happens) and consistently offers 2 or 3 thoughtful solutions to best address each issue. There is so much more to say about his team and punctuality, but I've never worked with a better company than his.

Tyler and his crew did a fantastic job building our custom passive house, its incredibly comfortable and the quality is apparent in the details. Building a passive house has its own unique challenges, and Tyler was there with rolls of tape and extra WRB to wrap over the rim joists to make sure we had a continuous air barrier from top to bottom. And the house looks beautiful, so glad we hired Tyler to build our forever home.
