We hired Paul and Susan to build us a brand new home. This involved knocking down our old home and building an entire new house from the ground up. We first met with Paul and Susan two years before we made the decision to rebuild completely. We were torn between a new build versus remodeling and adding-on. During those two years we saw their work on multiple projects and loved everything they did. When we were ready to move forward, it was an easy decision to hire the Kadilaks. They make a great team! The project went quickly which was very important to us. We were living with relatives part of the time and in an RV the other part. So making sure that our home was built on schedule without sacrificing quality was a main priority for us. We were not looking for a “cookie cutter” house. The Kadilaks delivered it all! We met frequently with Paul and Susan to go over everything step by step. There was never a lull in progress. The contractors worked day and night, weekends, you name it. During the building process Susan and Paul were always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. Paul always kept us informed of the progress with lots of pictures and videos! Susan was always one step ahead with the design. She knew what our style was and what we were looking for; which was key, because there were so many decisions to be made. Last, but certainly not least, they helped us stay on BUDGET while delivering our beautiful dream home! We can’t begin to count how many compliments we receive from everyone who visits our house. Paul and Susan made what could have been a very stressful time into an exciting endeavor. We are loving everyday in our new home!

We hired Susan and Paul to renovate two bathrooms in our house. We needed someone to guide us through the design process and handle the day to day of managing the project. After our initial meeting I felt confident they were the right fit for us. They were extremely responsive throughout the entire process no matter how big or small the issue or questions were. Two days before demo was about to begin we thought we had a problem with the bathroom they weren't touching. A few hours later they were at our house on a Friday night looking into the issue. Paul and Susan have the knowledge, team, and experience to get any job done. We are extremely happy with the finished product and hope to have them come back for future work!

We had a great experience with Pamko. They were honest, reliable and talented. We remodeled our entire main living floor of our house and updated the exterior. They used great products and knew how to easily pull everything together with ease. For me the best part was working with Susan because I can be picky, I learned through this process I can tell you what I dislike but articulating what you want in home design does not come easily to all of us. Susan was able to work with us and give us options that made the entire family happy. Having your house remodeled is nothing like you see on tv, there is no big wow moment. But you fall in love with things slowly as they change and come together. We love that about our “new” house you have moments when you look around and are really in awe of what has been done. Pamko did an amazing job, there is not one regret we have through the entire process and the end result is gorgeous.

We remodeled our entire home and couldn’t be happier with the results. We added no additional square footage, but completely changed the layout so that our home works for us. Our project consisted of: -Completely changing the layout on the first floor by moving the kitchen to where a formal living room was, removing walls, adding a second full bathroom, adding storage (pantry and huge storage closet); -Finishing our basement; -Renovating our second floor bathroom; -Changing all windows; -Changing all interior and exterior doors; -Building a covered front entryway; -Building a deck; and -Changing our boiler and HVAC system. Our home was built in the 1960s and was very segmented. The layout was terrible, and the largest room on the first floor was a formal living room that we didn’t use. Susan and Paul were the fifth contractors that we met with and we were completely blown away by their ideas! After listening to some of the things that we wanted our home to include, Susan walked into our house and immediately started sketching ways to change the floor plan in a notebook. Her drawing even included a few things that other contractors told us were impossible! She completely understood what didn’t work about our house and came up with a plan to develop a more open layout. This was a HUGE undertaking and involved removing a wall with a fireplace, and completely changing the location of rooms. Throughout the process, Susan and Paul were very accessible. We had never been through a renovation before and therefore had multiple questions during each phase. They are highly responsive to calls and texts. They are also extremely helpful and provide invaluable advice in making selections. They helped us not only with big decisions, but with more aesthetic things (not our strength) such as the countertops, tile, paint colors, light fixtures, etc. Susan has an extraordinary eye for detail and prevented us from making some pretty bad choices – e.g. we would have picked out a different material for our countertops, but Susan and Paul offered their opinion and in the end we decided to go with the material they suggested, and are extremely happy. They were highly responsive to any concerns and addressed everything beyond our satisfaction. Both my husband and I have Type-A personalities, and I’m sure some of the punch list items drove them crazy, but everything on our list was 100% completed. In addition, the subcontractors that they use are top-notch and trustworthy. We absolutely love the finished product, and while it may sound like a cliché, it surpassed our expectations!

We couldn’t have been happier with Susan and Paul’s work during our kitchen/first floor/bathroom remodel. Our 1910 colonial farmhouse has been long in-need of this renovation. From the very first meeting with Susan and Paul, they balanced our needs and wishes for our home, the needs for our family, our budget, and the character of our home. They listened, made wonderful suggestions, and didn’t hold back in keeping us realistic about what was possible and necessary. They were mindful and respectful of our budget throughout the entire project. We had waited 12 years to do this renovation and we couldn’t be happier or more impressed with Susan and Paul. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

We just finished renovating our first floor (kitchen/dining room/living room and sun porch) with Susan and Paul. Before our project started, it would have been impossible to think that the kitchen of our dreams could actually pale in comparison to what our kitchen would actually look like after Susan and Paul Kadilak were done with it. Delivering dream kitchens is not what Susan and Paul do, they take the idea of a dream kitchen and multiply it by 10. So, if you JUST want your dream kitchen, don’t hire Susan and Paul. If instead you want the most amazing kitchen possible that fits the space you have, your budget and your style, then they are probably the best contractors for the job. Here are some reasons why we think Susan and Paul stand out amongst other contractors: *End-to-end solution. Amazing design work and the ability to reduce that design to practice. *They are extremely knowledgeable about the materials on the market and what works best for your needs. *Responsive communication by text, phone or in person throughout all phases of the project. When anything came up during our project The Kadilaks had someone at our home within less than an hour regardless of time or day. *Responsible/trustworthy and kind sub contractors *Reasonably priced for the extensive work that they do You hear some real horror stories when it comes to large renovations. When we had decided to renovate our home, my husband and I had a difficult time finding a contractor. It wasn’t that there weren’t any available, it was more that there weren’t any that felt like the right fit. That is until we met Paul and Susan. From the moment they left our house following our initial meeting we knew they were the ones we wanted to work with. They listened to our needs, and our wants, and were willing to tell us what we needed to hear, not necessarily what we wanted to hear. For a while we thought there was no way we would be able to do a complete kitchen remodel on top of adding our master suite. Susan and Paul were able to work with us to design a kitchen layout that would not only make us happy, but would also fit our budget. Everything we had a question about, they had an answer, or a recommendation of who to contact for an answer. They were even able to ease my husband’s anxiety, which he showed them through a plethora of messages. Once the work had started, Paul and Susan were in constant communication with us. They sent us video and picture updates of the project as it was going along. When it came time for us to pick out the details that would make the house our home, Susan and Paul were there with recommendations. They were also there to let us know when they didn’t think something would best suit the look we were going for. And believe me, we needed that! We couldn’t be happier with our remodel/renovation! They turned our extremely outdated house, which we were quickly outgrowing, into an updated space that fits all of our needs. We would highly recommend Paul and Susan to anyone looking to remodel or renovate their home; especially if they need they extra help in the design department, like we did. Their work is amazing and we look forward to using them for our next project in the future.

My wife and I hired Susan and Paul to build our dream home and they nailed it! We first met over a year ago after a recommendation from one of their past clients. My wife and I were having trouble finding a home we wanted to purchase to build our family. Susan and Paul were there every step of the way. In December 2017, Susan help us purchase the property that we would soon demo. Susan and Paul worked with us to expedite architecture services and our bank financing (which was a pain). The project started in earnest in May 2018 when we began demolition, and it did not let up until November 2018 when the home was complete. Together Susan and Paul complement each other very well. She's brings business savvy, design style and professionalism. Paul brings comic relief. He also builds fine homes. Throughout the process, Susan and Paul helped to manage design, style, budgets and us. They delivered an exceptional 4 bed, 3.5 bath home built from scratch in less than 6 months while managing tight timelines with the bank and town. All in all, we couldn't imagine having gone through this process with anyone else. Building a home is painful. In the end you get a spectacular home that has all of the finishing touches that you wanted and would never find house hunting. They'll help you have fun the whole time, and in the end you'll realize it was totally worth it because they had your back.

I cannot say enough good things about Susan and Paul! I hired Susan and Paul for a kitchen, bath, and dining room remodel, and the end results are phenomenal! Here are just some of the things that set Susan and Paul apart from other contractors I've worked with in the past: 1) Unlike many contractors, Susan and Paul are very good communicators. They sent regular updates during the remodel, including quick videos of the work completed so we could see, in detail, what was happening. 2) Susan and Paul partnered with us in deciding which design elements made sense together, and were critical in picking out fixtures and finishes. They're eye for design and style were key to making the finished product look amazing. 3) Susan and Paul are incredibly reasonable priced! They charge an extremely fair rate for the work they do, and they won't steer you towards expensive bits you just don't need. All in all I couldn't be more happy with the work Susan and Paul did, and, perhaps most importantly, with how the house looks now. I would definitely hire them again. Paul and Susan were great to work with and they did a fantastic job on our kitchen, dining room and living room fireplace! I would definitely use them on another project. They were communicative and incredibly helpful with design decisions. I couldn't recommend them more for a project.

We had a great experience over the last 6 months working closely with Susan and Paul on the renovation of our home. Susan really had a vision for our space and made it come to life, she was present for every stage of the process from exploring showrooms to picking out materials. Susan and Paul made us feel exclusive in the process and now that they job is done we miss them showing up. They are great to work with and the people they bring in are respectful and hardworking.
