Joe built my dream office for me. I knew what I wanted it to be and many details were unique and far from cookie-cutter in design and implementation. Joe listened to all the ideas and created everything I wanted plus more. He was delightful to work with, extremely creative and a fantastic craftsman. My office is beautiful and truly a dream come true. We could not have asked for a better custom cabinet guy!

In late 2019 we hired Joe Panczak to do a complete interior remodel of our townhouse, including kitchen and three full bathrooms. Joe was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about construction and design. His creativity helped us find ways to accomplish our goals and save money. When the covid crisis began, Joe was able to keep things moving and we are thrilled with the results. I would highly recommend Panczak Construction for your future remodeling projects.

I hired Joe to do some finish carpentry work with some window trim and baseboards. I was doing the work my self but needed someone to help get it knocked out. He was able to finish in a day what I had been trying to do over several weeks. Highly recommend him.

If I could, I’d give ten stars. Joe Panczak completed a remodel of our 4000 square foot house under challenging circumstances. Our original contractor was suddenly unavailable and Joe took over, forging ahead on a structural issue and then taking on the remainder of the project. And that entailed taking the entire house down to the sheetrock and rebuilding. Demolition revealed issues (mold, termites, etc.) and Joe was adamant in cleaning up every invasive element before we went forward. Under Joe’s supervision we transitioned from a tired 1990s kitchen to a warm, modern, well-designed space that incorporates every detail we had envisioned for cooking and entertaining. While Joe managed the trades, he tackled construction, design and cost issues so that the project was completed on time and within budget. As a contractor Joe’s organizational skills are excellent and he’s easy to talk to, always accessible and responsive. Best of all, he’s got tremendous vision. A home remodel calls for innumerable decisions but somehow he made this practically painless. My entire family is grateful for our stunning new home and it wouldn’t have been possible without Joe!

Joe is a very nice guy. We wanted a cabinet with storage space for a large screen TV built into a wall cavity and he came out and we talked about it and he sent us diagrams with some ideas. We also wanted window frames built around some of our windows. Joe is what every consumer wants--- his is professional, honest and his prices are very fair. I definitely would use Joe again and I recommend him,highly.

I had the pleasure of working with Joe Panczak on a kitchen project at a rental property. I can recommend him highly and without reservation. Throughout the course of the renovation, Joe was a true professional. His contract was very clear, provided a time line and adhered to it. He worked with me to purchase quality items while staying within our proposed budget. Joe and his work crew were considerate of the tenants, including their pet. The job site was kept clean and tidy at the end of each date, completed on time and the tenants couldn't be happier in their new kitchen. Thanks Joe, it was a pleasure working with you!

I've known Joe Panczak for many years, he has done many different major and minor jobs and projects on my residence over the years. There are so many different options out there when looking for a contractor and as my personality is I respect and appreciate Mr. Panczack's honesty and ability to know when to seek experienced subs, he lets you (the customer) know the different options and obsticales that seem to slip my mind when proposing new construction, in my case this saved a great deal of money for my family. Always friendly and available when requested. I can't say enough about him and the flexibility he's made for me to complete projects within a timeframe or budget. I have recommend Mr. Panczak to both residential and commercial customers without ever a complaint and only with praise. The key to getting a project done ontime and within budget with Mr. Panczak is good planning and clear communication, or expect delays (not a issue unique to Panczak Comstruction), as long as you follow the predrawn plan you have clearly decided on and understand that you aren't going to find Mr. Panczak absorbing the costs of unrealized labor or additional materials expenses from design changes or ending up with imperfections (in the interest of saving money I once had Panczak Construction install a new countertop on a worn cabinet. Mr Panczak warned me that it could end up costing much more in labor and materials if I insisted on doing things my way, eventually it did. Again if I can only blame myself for not listening to professional advice then I have no complaints against Mr. Panczak for doing as I requested. Hint: Listen to the pro and be straight forward with your concept. Excellent contractor, not the cheapest but undoubtedly the best value around!

Joe did a fantastic job creating a storage area in our attic! His design and execution exceeded our expectations. We would definitely hire him again.
