Pantall Construction built our house in Bethany Beach (Errett Rd). We tore down our older house and built a new one on the lot. After making the decision, we consulted with close to a dozen construction companies and contractor down in the area, including all of the major names. Pantall provided the best quality to value by far. We toured completed work sites for all of the partners we were considering and found the quality of Pantall's work to be top tier. Their construction was stronger (I was checking how sturdy rails and sconces were to my wife's embarrassment!) and their finishes were beautiful and clean. As we started discussing plans and options, Scott Pantall quickly won our trust as an experienced, honest, and fair professional. He did not try to up-sale for the sake of increasing his revenue. He, instead, listened to what we wanted, proposed options and solutions and let us decide what we wanted to do. After construction started, our trust in his ability to deliver our project was confirmed. It was also clear that Scott had done a great job embedding the right behaviors and skills for quality work in his team members. We were honestly surprised and impressed by how Scott and his team made the construction of a 4,400 sqft house from the ground up...easy and smooth. The project was delivered on time and as close to budget as we could have expected. His team did a great job cleaning the site post construction. When they say key-in-hand, they mean it. The best recommendation that I could give Pantall Construction and its owner, Scott, is that we are considering additional builds in the area, and we know that we do not need to shop around. We will go with Pantall and Scott.

Pantall Construction is an excellent company to work with. Very professional and thorough. They have helped us with many projects such as kitchen and bath remodel, interior painting, flooring and roof and siding replacement.

Scott and his team are professional and I had a great experience working with him and his team. He completed sevral projects, including new flooring on two floors, outdoor deck repair and painting he was hired for efficiently and left the workspace clean and tidy. Scott Pantall is an outstanding general contractor. We had kitchen walls and cabinets removed and relocated and added cabinets above the existing cabinets. Opening up the walls required granite countertop to be reconfigured and added to and relocation of plumbing and electrical work. we also added a backsplash around the kitchen in addition to needed paint work on the ceiling and walls. All in all Scott and his team of professionals did an outstanding job. The project opened up our kitchen and we moved the cabinets taken down to the laundry room. We could not be more satisfied with the end result. Scott was easy to work with and made sure that every detail was properly addressed.

Scott and his team have been great, making themselves available for renovations and repairs. I feel comfortable with them and confident that the work will be done right.

We have used Pantall Construction for multiple home improvement projects at two properties in Bayside. Full kitchen remodel at one property, quartz replacement at another, along with a bath remodel, office wood flooring and tile flooring in an added 3 season room with sliding doors. All work was always completed on time with the utmost attention to detail. I would highly recommend Pantall Construction for your next home improvement project.
