We were very lucky to have Dan and Sandy Beggs of Paradigm Okanagan Developments, act as General Contractors in the construction of our new home in Summerland, BC. at the end of 2014. From our first meeting with them it was very apparent that they were very knowledgeable about the home construction industry. They gave us examples of their prior jobs so that we were able to see first hand the quality of their work. They were very well organized, and dealt efficiently with getting required permits, insurance, etc. as well as dealing with all the tradesmen, which enabled them to meet required deadlines. As a result, we were able to take possession in a timely manner. They had some excellent design and finishing ideas which helped a great deal in giving the finished product such a good and functional appearance. As well, they presented a realistic budget figure and did their best to meet the various allocations. We are very pleased with our new home, and would not hesitate to recommend Paradigm Okanagan Developments to anyone looking to build a new home.
